In March of this year, I located a Certified PreOwned Genesis at Cammisa Hyundai. While the salesman was very personable on the phone and relatively easy to work with, it became apparent that what was being communicated was less than accurate. Being an out of state buyer and someone that already specializes in attention to detail, I was extremely disappointed in the execution of the sale. After arranging to have the vehicle shipped from San Francisco to my home town outside of Phoenix, in an enclosed carrier, I made it a point to discuss the detail and condition of the vehicle with several dealership employees. Unfortunately, when the vehicle arrived, it was obvious that the vehicle had not been detailed as promised (this was evident by food in the cupholders, plant debris on the floorboards, filthy car windows and a generally dirty interior - almost as if the vehicle had just been taken in on trade), the vehicle was also missing items like the cigarette lighter, floor mats and the Genesis trim badging that was supposed to be installed as part of the sales contract. In my mind, these are very simple issues that could've been tended to however simply were not. It's not the issues themselves that was most bothersome rather the lack of customer service and communication from the same individuals that assured me that the above was not going to be an issue. If you are expecting to get great customer service as part of your buying experience, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

At no time did I ever receive service quite like I did from this Service department. A spotless office, energetic staff and a Service Director that was one of the most courteous, professional and knowledgeable people I have ever met in a Hyundai Service department. With Manny I never felt like I was getting the run-around, nor did he ever make me feel I was too ignorant to understand what was happening to my car (which is something I experienced all too often at other Hyundai dealerships.)
Manny and his team took it the extra mile, and for that I will always take my car to Cammisa Hyundai for all work and maintenance so long as I am living in the Bay Area.
I highly recommend this service department for work on your Hyundai. Oh, and decent prices too. Surprising for work from a dealership.

Don't believe everything you read about this place.! I walked in met a the internet sales manager, Kevin and we talked about 9 am about the Elantra Touring 2010. He talked to me about a price, and I told him I was going to do some shopping. No hassle no pressure, I landed back around 3pm, he was with someone. Another Salesmane Mark met us. I explained we were back to buy the Elantra, and we wante Kevin. Mark needed to cover for Kevin, he was obviously busy with clients.
Kevin gave him the price we discussed in the am, Mark went away and within 60 mins, I was finished. The car was being detailed, and I felt good. No pressure, some discussion, no guise. No games.
While the crew detailed the 2010 Elantra Touring for me, the owner happened by. A cordial man, who went out of his way to thank us for the business. My tank was full, the car was spotless, the price was right. Don't always believe what you read, if you are ready to buy the car, these guys were a pleasure to deal with.

This is a a very cool place to get Service on my Genesis Coupe...
Manny the Service Director and his staff are professional,honest and very knowledgable.I bought my Hyundai in sunnyvale what a joke!! Nothing but a waste of time.My next Genesis will be from Cammisa..
