My daughter went to this facility on Wednesday the 13th of June. She had some intense ear pain. The physician looked in her ears, gave her some Tylenol and told her it was "probably" just sinuses. Two days later after taking sinus medicine and using ear drops for pain, she couldn't stand it any longer and went to Care Now and she has a inner ear infection and needed antibiotics! It's very disappointing that a physician can look in someones ears that are hurting that bad ( and she has a pretty high pain tolerance) and dismiss them so quickly and say it's "probably just sinuses".
Almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. You have to leave a message, and then you'll get a call back days later. They will, however, get you in that day.The staff are very rudeincluding Dr Cook. She rushes you through your visit not really wanting to take the time to hear what the problem is. After last visit, I had to take my child to urgent care to get medical attention. Having allergies is completely different from running a 102 fever with double ear infections. Easily diagnosable by good doctor.
Today was our first visit. I'm truly impressed with the staff and Dr. Birth. They are very helpful in explaining everything. My son is super excited about getting his b braces. The office is super nice and clean.
WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE! I was visiting family in Burleson and became ill with extreme abdominal pain and uncontrollable vomiting. My wife took me to this ER because it was the closest one to my in-laws house. I was unfortunately seen by Amrita K Nanda MD and explained to her that this was not the first time I have been hospitalized for this same problem. I have been in and out of the hospital for 15+ years with the same symptoms and the doctors have been unable to determine what is wrong with me. I was in excruciating pain and Dr. Nanda refused to give me different medications to help ease the pain. She ran a bunch of tests though and I waited 2 hours for the test results to come back. Dr. Nanda came into the room and said that she couldn't find anything wrong with me and was going to discharge me. I explained to her that I was still in a lot of pain and extremely dehydrated and that her releasing me is unethical. I refused to sign a release form and asked the nurse to remove the IV so that I could go and find real hospital. After doing some research I learned that Dr Nanda broke the law by discharging me in an unstable condition according to the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act. My wife ended up running me around town trying to find a legitimate hospital to treat me and I suffered for an additional 5-6 hours before I ended up at Huguely in Fort Worth where they took very good care of me! They even admitted me to the hospital after I was stabilized in order to monitor my condition. As soon as I got home I requested my medical records from Medical City ER and was surprised to see that Dr Nanda stated on my paperwork that I REFUSED TREATMENT! This is an outright lie and my wife was there to witness the whole situation. I will be seeking legal assistance to go after the hospital. I am also uninsured and feel like this played a big role in Dr Nanda's decision to release me in that condition.

Kudos to Burleson Police Department, in regards to the recent Shooting Incident. I'm Thankful for the Safety of the Officers. I admire the Professionalism of the Officers, especially that the individual was taken to a Hospital instead of the Medical Examiners Office. Those of us who have family members or loved ones with Special Needs or Mental Health Issues, worry constantly that an Austistic Meltdown, Low Sugar Episode, or Post Seizure Behavior could be mistaken for Threatening Behavior or Non Compliance, with fatal results. Very rude and kirt staff especially Jo Sherman who is the phone guard dog! Dr. Butler has as much personality as a rock!! They never know the prices for cash and never have change for cash!! I complained about the guard dog and they kicked me out!! I will be looking for a nicer staff and a Dr. that actually has a personality. Oh, a office that can make change!!
Run! Spend your money elsewhere.They lured me in by saying I could get 12 months interest free loan. I applied and got approved. I had an appt and 3 long hours later, they were finished with 4 tires, an alignment and oil change. I went to sign out and a different rep asked me to sign for charges. It didn't match the 12 months interest free. I was so mad and had to leave after being there for 3 hours. I called back that afternoon asking them what was going on. They said, "I guess the deal ended." Really?! No one knew that when I arrived, applied for acct and approved service? Ridiculous! I asked for someone to help resolve this and they said someone would call back. A few days go by and I call, again, the original rep who gave me quote and offer. She apologized and said someone would call me back. Still, no one has reached out. Spend your money elsewhere. This company has no customer service.
