Our first trip to this location and the WORST experience I can remember at any restaurant. If I could give a lower rating I would. My wife and I invited another couple along with our son and his daughter to Red Lobster for dinner this last Saturday. Red Lobster has been our anniversary go to resteraunt for years and as our anniversary is on December 31st we know how long the lines can be on that night. This has caused me at least twice in the past to call and try to make a reservation but I'm always reminded they don't take reservations. We waited for over an hour at this location and were the last group still waiting. We noticed however, two or three other groups of people coming in and being seated before us and at first I thought they must have been waiting outside. We overheard a member of the last group tell the Hostess they had called earlier. Well it took my wife about one second to confront another member of the staff about it and she confirmed that the last few groups had not made a reservation but rather just "Called Ahead"... WELL THAT"S A RESERVATION! If there are no reservations then it's first come first served. Apparently this staff has a differant outlook on how red lobster is run. BTW, when my wife tossed the menu she had been looking over onto the counter a third (male) staff member commented "Thanks for throwing the menu at me". HOW RUDE. We certainly will not be coming back.
