Eagle Postal Center

Went into the Burleson Eagle Postal Center emergency needing a document notarized and two pages faxed. I was facing eviction and did not have the $7 for the notary and the fax, I explain to Kelly the owner my predicament and without hesitation without reservations he gladly waved all his charges for me. I'm happy to say that his Good Deed led to my financial services provided me with the funds to prevent my eviction I owe it all to the kind heart of Kelly Witt the owner

Worst service ever. I went in to get notary work done. The man did not speak to me - just stared at me. He was condescending, told me not to interrupt him, told me I didn't know what I was talking about and to be quiet. I walked out. HORRIBLE I will go to UPS.

Tried to send some documents by ups, it came up to$31.and some change.I said I can't pay that much when just the week before I sent very similar documents from Ardmore OK to Forney Texas for just under $19. This shipment going to same address.he kept trying to show me what it cost from OK to txt, I told him I didn't need to see it I told him I have receipt from week before, anyway I got my stuff and headed out the door, just before the door closed he called me a jerk I opened the door back up went inside asked him what he called me he came around the counter getting in my face telling me he was going to show me how much it cost to ship the envelope.told him I didn't need to see the amount, told him I would speak with the owners about his attitude toward customers.don't believe I will be going back there, don't recommend anybody to do business there either.

I shipped a neon sign with Eagle Postal on Sep 15th & paid $175 for packing & boxing, insurance & postage. My $500 sign was broken during shipping & now nearly 5 months later I still have not received any money from them. In this 5 months I've delt with three different people who all promise me money but no one has paid. I also had to ship a replacement with Cleburne Shipping & they only charged $125 for the same sign & got it there safely. I've been lied to, they once told me Fed Ex wouldn't accept paypal or eBay receipts so I called Fed Ex to find out that was a lie! It's a shame when you over pay for a service & they still can't get the job performed. I sell on eBay & if I took a month to refund someone's money I would have negative feedback & they would suspend my account! DO NOT USE THIS EAGLE POSTAL!!!!

The Most Caring Shipper Ever!!! My wife is a HS teacher, that means we mentor and encourage her students once they've graduated. One, a new Marine, stationed in Japan was feeling super down, we packed a box of his favorite snacks, workout stuff and t-shirts from his school and sent it from Eagle. The owner carefully made everything fit and found a way to send it waaay cheaper than we ever would that possible. (we're sending a birthday-party-in-a-box today) This place is the best, anybody can have a bad day- but this place has been fantastic!

even 1/2 a star would be Too much for this company , i had to go here because i was in a rush, the guy was on the phone and had to wait, the language he was using on the was unbelievable... He was obviosly talking to a female and was calling her every name in the book and knew he had a customer waiting and then attempted to tell me about his problems about his daughters mother,,, we all have issues but come on, this man needs to work on his professional manners.
