Bought a riding mower with an extextended warranty. Warranty company uses this repair shop to do repairs. After 3 1/2 weeks trying to contact warranty co. and repair shop, to find out what was going on with my mower. I finally get a call from repair shop saying my mower was repaired and what my cost was. They said repair weren't covered by warranty. The only thing it needed as a fuse and barrier was low so they put a new one in. The cost was 3x what I could have done my self. I asked that they turn my mower without repairs, that I can replace those myself at a lesser cost. So, they said ok then we'll charge you a diagnosis free of $63.95. It's like they just do what ever they want as far as repairs, and if you're now inagreement with that they did, they sock you with what they call a diagnosis fee. Very poor communication and customer service skills. Won't recommend them to anyone.

I had my lawnmower picked up for repair. This started out bad. The lady that came out couldn't figure out how to get it loaded on her trailer. Had to help her. Told her I needed a transmission belt replaced. This business fixed things that I had not authorized. I was never given a call about doing the work. They just went ahead and made unauthorized repairs. Cost 352 to fix what I didnt know needed fixing. Got on to mow and guess what, the belt breaks. They never checked my belts. Never ever will I give them my business. Very very poor customer service. Now I have to spend more money to replace belts. If I could leave 0 stars for this place I would.

I've been getting parts from them for a couple years because they are neighbors. Went in yesterday and was treated like a stray dog. His wife is a real nice lady. He is an arrogant jerk. There is plenty of place that want to sell parts that don't treat their customers like idiots. Not recommended!!

Took riding mower in for starter and battery. Paid $100 for mower. They charged

$320 for repairs and never called me for estimate or OK. Never take anything there again.

I personally had a weed eater issue called and was told what to do over the phone to fix the problem. I am very pleased with them and recomend you call Bargain Buddies for all your mowing and gardening tool problems.



No estimate, overcharged, and now my mower won't drive

Brought my rider in for some simple repairs....

took 4 weeks when they said 7 to 10 days...

wouldn't give me an estimate like they said they would when I called....

cost much more than I said I wanted to spend....

they didn't fix the PRIMARY reason I brought it in and so had to go back ....

got it home, cut just a little bit to test, went to finish the next day and my rider will not move !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called and asked them about it and ,of course, no way we did anything to cause it not to move !

Never going back to them and I suggest you don't either...
