It’s hard to find a licensed electrician to do a very small job. Vince changed out a ballast at my office and got my fluorescent can light working again! He arrived promptly (actually earlier than he was scheduled) and got the job done. His price was reasonable, considering he had to drive a distance to get the ballast. Thanks Vince!

If I could give more stars I would! Job was for commercial outdoor lighting, electrician was prompt, and saved our business money with new recommended outdoor lighting.
