I am out over 14,000.00 after taking a very close look at this vehicle, it shows all the warning signs of a vehicle that has been in a flood, rust under the seats and dash, wiring corrosion. On one of the many trips (towed twice) back to the Burien lot the mechanic told me that the sun roof had leaked and flooded the car and that's is why the car didn't have any door panels when they got it... really that was never disclosed to me ever and had I known that, would never purchased that car!

Bought a 2005 Mustang Gt V8 5spd Blk on Blk 20" foose wheels from Autos Only. The car was originally in lynnwood but they brought it to burien for me. I've had the car for about a year and its a great reliable car. I have had no major problems with this car. It is funny all the reviews about buying a $3,000 dollar car and it breaks down, it more than likely had a tone of miles or was beat to hell. The saying you Buy cheap you pay twice is correct. I would recommend people to buy a car from autos only because I have had a great experience with this car and plan on owning it for many years.



Autos Only service

I've purchased 3 cars from Autos Only, and have had an overall good experience with the service. As with all used cat dealerships, it's important to understand that you're buying the car as is, but the sales staff was good with providing a full report of the history of the car and providing information to help make an informed decision.

This was my second time dealing with Autos Only in Burien. I went there about a year ago to get a larger vehicle since my family was growing. I had a short period in my past where my credit took a huge hit but Autos only was still able to more than meet my needs and they were very friendly.

I recently was looking to refinance the vehicle that I bought a year ago so I went back. After speaking with Joe and Johnny for a bit, they were able to recognize that once again my needs for a vehicle had changed and got me into a more useful vehicle that completely fit my needs and actually ended up saving me money in the process by drastically reducing my interest rate.

I have had no issues with either of the vehicles and have sent friends there to buy as well. If you are even a remotely realistic person, you will quickly recognize the value of the vehicles at Autos Only.

Unfortunately people are faster to post a complaint than they are to give praise so please take into consideration the mindset and price range of the folks posting the more harsh reviews. Take a few minutes and check them out for yourself. They always have numerous salesmen there that will be more than happy find a vehicle to fit your needs.



Where to start, there is so mu...

Where to start, there is so much I don’t know where to start. First day I bought my car I bought it knowing the sunroof did not work but as part of the deal they would fix it. As soon as I drove off the lot a few hours later the CD Player started acting up, my electrical seat stopped moving on the driver’s side and the air bag light came on. I immediately called my sales rep who said it would all be fixed just come back in. I proceeded to go in the next day where I was notified it would not be fixed and after talking with the manager stating the safety issues with the air bag and me being pregnant they offered to fix everything. At this point they gave me an Acura TL 2004 to drive while they fixed my car. This car also had a seat with electrical problems and I could never really get it as close as I wanted. My car was at the shop well over 4 weeks. I called to ask them before I fill up this car and spend more money will my car be ready anytime soon they said no so I went ahead and put gas in it and spent $40. The NEXT day they called me stating they needed the acura back and would put me in another car. I was NOT happy as I just spent $40 on gas and they had originally gave it to me on Empty. They proceeded to put me in a 2004 Chevrolet Impala. The minute I drove off the lot I could tell it had power steering issues and it made loud noises. Also this car was given to me on EMPTY. I turned around drove back in and waited another half hour and then they ended up giving me another 2004 Chevy Impala. About a week or so later (In MARCH) my car was FINALLY done . I got it back and everything was fixed and I was happy at that time. When I picked up the car I asked for a detailed report of what was fixed on my car and at that time I was told by Lam the finance manager that they would NOT give me one. I was also told by Collin the service tech that if I had ANY problems to bring it back. I get it back and notice the cd player doesn’t work. They said bring it back down. I come back down dropped my car off a few hours later got a call that they would fix it but not free that I had to pay for it. I was not happy and came back and picked back up my car with the cd player still not functioning right.

A month goes by its raining everyday FINALLY we get a sunny day I go to open my sunroof…big surprise it DOESN’T Work! I call my sales rep Johnny who I asked if I could bring it in and get a rental he said he would make it happen and I also spoke to the new sales manager who said to bring it in and I would not be charged. I come down the next day and wait a half hour no one knows what’s going on finally a sales manager comes out to inform me they will NOT be fixing my sunroof but tells me where I can go it fixed. ONCE AGAIN I am not happy. I go in and talk to the manager where he tells me they did fix it and they are not going to fix it now. I proceeded to tell him obviously they didn’t fix it because it does not work and that Collin at the time I picked it up after they made the initial repairs said any problems you come back. Han the owner then said that’s my fault for listening to a lot attendant and that I need to own my car and they will not fix it.

they have not payed me.

Here we are at the present moment- Last week engine light goes on I’m driving with my 3 month old coming from Edmonds- TRANSMISSION GOES OUT…I have had it serviced $300 but the check engine light is still on and I’m going to have to take it back in and see what the root problem is.

As you can see it has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with this company and I am done and fed up.

3 other people I know have all bought cars from here and are experiencing the same nightmares. I would be happy to share their information with you so you may contact them. This company needs to be STOPPED. They sell crappy cars and their customer service is horrible. They make promises they don’t keep and scam the customer.




I purchased my vehicle 2 weeks ago. There was a slight issue with the check engine light that should have beeen an easy fix. A couple days into it I call the dealership only to get the run around by my sales guy who told me everything but the truth on the status of my car. So, I escalated to the General Manager / Owner. A week and a half into it I was able to pick up the car. As I'm driving home, the check engine light comes back on. I didn't even have car a full day and already had to take it back. Now Auto's Only gave me a loaner car that's no where near the caliber that I purchased and it smells like the end of a cigarette on the inside.

Needless to say, I am still in the middle of my whole ordeal and am doing everything I an to educate people away from this place.

NEVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM AUTO'S ONLY!!! If I could award a negative star, I would.
