They have lots of beauty products to browse through. I usually buy the same products here, but will look around from time to time. Sometimes, they don't have my product in stock if it is on sale. In my opinion if you are going to run a sale you should have plenty in stock.
Many times the workers are very busy & you may have to wait to get help. However, they are very attentive & helpful when you get them.
They also have a styling center in there I've never used it, but may be interesting to try out.
Great place to pick up your standard beauty necessities to your higher end make-up and perfumes! I'm a big fan of the points system and coupons. Super easy to rack up a ton of points which convert into Ulta dollars. The customer service is hit and miss, wish I could say it was always great.

In the sale paper it advertised cut, color & style for $50. It was for new clients only with a level 1 stylist. No problem, I called and made appointment. The girl told me my appointment was with stylist ""X"". I had to change my appointment to an earlier time, and did so with Stylist ""X"", I told her I had this coupon and asked her exactly what it included. I rescheduled, and called to see if I could come in earlier that day. Thats when she told me that the coupon did not apply to her services, as she was a master stylist and not a level 1 stylist. Her rate for the same service started at $110.00. She asked me to hold on and after 5 min I hung up. I received a call from the manager telling me that I had misunderstood the coupon and stylist ""X"" was not included in that offer. Now I didnt ask for stylist ""X"", nor was I referred to her, the scheduler told me thats who my appointment was with. Now in the end because stylist ""X"" tried to bait and switch with me, she lost a client on day she could have done 3 in my place. SORRY ULTA, shame on you. Would it have killed you to have honored the coupon? The stylist is making the same hourly wage either way.
I think the service is great!, but my stylist keeps doing the same haircut over and over on me after I show her the magazine of the different haircut I want she acts like she understand me when I just want layer, but she keep doing the same haircut and I am the kind of person that does'nt like putting people down.
