Late on a recent friday afternoon, with 3 of the 4 people at our home who depend on our laundry equipment and who needed stuff dried for the weekend, our dryer began acting oddly, then quit.
I started chasing around the internet for a repair service.
First outfit I called, didn’t answer the phone, second couldn’t make it ‘til Monday after 12 noon, the third guy I spoke with had an accent I couldn’t understand. My mother-in-law has an accent too, but she doesn’t fix the dryer.
The fourth outfit I called -- MrLaundryMan -- picked up with a smile on the first 
ring, was clear about his rates, when I described the problem, he suggested a 
solution that seemed logical.  When he said he could be here within an hour, I 
smiled back, said, “Great!” and gave him our address.  
He arrived on the dot, quickly and clearly confirmed the problem, offered a practical 
but less expensive solution and an alternate, more expensive solution.  I went with 
his cheaper fix, paid his reasonable bill, and next time (with a smile) will go straight 
to him!
