Bought the Bomsund couch frame and after hours of waiting in store, I got home and discovered THE WHOLE BACK of the frame missing. After waiting months to purchase a couch I'm so disappointed that, not only is the couch missing the entire back portion, but I had to wait on hold with the store for over an hour just to be told that I'd have to wait another whole day to go pick up the piece myself. Meaning ive purchased and item I cannot use, at no fault of my own. As well as I now have to disrupt my whole life on a Monday morning to fix an issue that was clearly Ikeas fault. This means I will lose out on work to fix a manufacturing issue I had nothing to do with. Avoid this Ikea in Burbank, but if also warn against going to Ikea all together. I was forced to listen to an automated message for over an hour, on constant loop, regarding how convienent it is to make purchases, and how customer service is their main priority. This is clearly not the case.
Great place to find cheap furniture and easy fixes to mix with stronger furniture. I love their organization items.
Great ikea.location is good, parking easy.Never too busy.Good selection and cafe is well run.Childcare staff can be annoying and strict though
It's really convenient having an IKEA nearby. Looking forward to the new one coming soon. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. Kids really enjoy the cafeteria. They love the meatballs with gravy. Can't leave without the $3 cinnamon buns and $1 soft serve.
Conveniently located in the mall with direct access from the parking structure. A bit cluttered but things a relatively easy to find. Like the selection. Of As Seen On TV products.
This IKEA is ok. The only things I buy from ikea is organizational products. Their furniture is blah. The service is not very good. You can never find anyone to help you, the lines take forever to check out and returning something is horrible. Hopefully things will be better when the new one opens next year.
Some items there are at low costs but sometimes they are to expensive for what they're worth. Some items there can be broken to easily.
I always like coming to this ikea, since it's so close to home. I always enjoy looking at the new furniture and other things for my home.
I love being local to this store! It's a madhouse on weekends but when the new larger location opens next spring the congestion in the store and parking lot should ease! Slated to be the largest IKEA store in all of North America! It's fun to check the as-is section for DIY projects or a great deal on a display item!
So happy this is located in my hometown, they have all the cool as seen on tv items and they take expired coupons, fantastic!
