You are sure to get an excellent workout here! It's all about what you put into it!! The staff is friendly and helpful!
Everyone's so helpful and positive. I've been taking a group training class for over a year and love Tony the 6:00 trainer.
Did a free trial class here and had lots of fun! The class is based on rowing, so you learn how to use a rowing machine and then do intervals of other exercises in between to create a high powered workout

24 Hour Fitness overall is a great gyms. Lots of workout equipment. However, often times it is overcrowded and extremely hot.
Burbank is very fortunate to have BTAC. Barbara Howell is one hardworking gal. You can make donations in the back.
This Burbank location is alright. Busy after 5:00 and spinning classes are packed. Parking available.
For $10 per month, it is a wonderful facility. The staff is always friendly and it is pretty clean for a gym. It would be great to see some late night classes since they are open all night. It would also be nice to see some more staff on the floor available to give tips to those using the equipment improperly or at the very least to enforce the rules they have in place.
Parking is so hard to find, why they put this gym here I don't know. The equipment is good, childcare center is very small.
This is the Worst gym ever! I've been to Crunch, Ballys, and 24 hr fitness but this place is the worst! Poor customer service. No one there is ever friendly, it's over crowded and when I tried to cancel they sent me back and forth from gym to corporate office and back again. They charged me hidden fees they never told me about when I signed up. Then one day the gym just closed. No notice to members. No phone call or email or letter. Just there one day and gone the next. At had purchased a year email and I figured since the gym was gone and the year was finally over (I had gone 2 times total) they kept charging me. There is no communication at this place, it's run horribly and making their customers call some corporate number for help is ridiculous!
