Anderson Creek Primary School enrolls more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade second. It offers a range of instructional programs, including accelerated reader and congressional reading programs. The school s academic curriculum includes art, reading, writing, physical education and mathematics. Anderson Creek Primary School additionally offers Bus SuperStars, a program where students are rewarded for safe bus behavior. It also offers a program, Writers of the Month, where students have to write about various topics everyday according to grade level expectations. The school has a media center that provides access to the Internet and has a collection of books, catalogs, encyclopedias and other Internet resources. In addition, it has a parent-teacher organization, which plans programs and activities for students and participates in activities, such as pizza nights.
