I was in for a week from out of town and needed to receive a package via UPS. After speaking with the employees at the Mail Room Express over the phone we arranged to have the package delivered to their office so I could pick it up. On the day the package was to be delivered I saw that they refused to sign for the package when I tracked it online. I immediately called them, and they told me that they do not do business with UPS...OK, then why did we arrange that - additionally, there is no business to be done, the package simply needed to be signed for so I could come get it? Anyway they were nice enough to refer me to another business that would accept the package, which was done without a hitch the next day (accept for all the phone calls I had to make to have the package re-routed). The purpose of my review is simply to advise you to be 100% sure that they can accept a package for you before having it sent here.
