no problems with this location. I recommend to always call to days before pickup date to confirm reservation details no matter where you rent from to insure a smooth transaction. Thank you to all employees at Bullhead city airport location great service!

I had read reviews about this location before renting and was a little nervous. What a relief that non of that was true. It was the best service I received on my entire trip. Very friendly, smiling, car was ready, clean, 2 choices of cars, check in and out were fast and painless, called before pickup and before drop off, manager was great and location is perfect.
This is the second year in a row I've rented from Enterprise at BHC airport. Both times the experience was stress-free and wonderful. This year our Saturday flight was delayed three hours so we arrived at 7 PM. Much to my delight/relief Enterprise was open---Cristian Carlson could not have been more gracious and accommodating. He's a great asset to a great branch location! Other travelers on my flight who booked with other companies were left in the lurch as the other two rental companies were closed upon our arrival---I highly recommend using Enterprise when traveling to Laughlin/BHC. -Mike from Nebraska
Great service 3day rental. Have done this about 3 times not any problems. Let them know what your flight is and they will wait.
Worst rental place I have ever dealt with. My husband rented a car from this Hertz for our weekend trip. The inside of the car was filthy. The floor was dirty and there was hair all over the car. They did not do a walk through (which I found odd) to go over the condition of the car when my husband picked it up. They just handed him the keys and told him the car was outside and that if he couldn't find it to just hit the alarm button. He brought it home and we loaded up the car and got in. When we turned on the air it smelled disgusting. The air smelled so bad my daughter had to hold her nose for a while. We've been driving for an hour and the smell has still not gone away. I called Hertz to make sure we would no be charged for the condition of the cat and to notify them of the smell of the car when the air gets turned on, Jennifer answered and was quite rude. All she said was the they vacuum their cars with their shop vac (if that's true, then it's time to upgrade vacuums to one that actually works) and she did not address the air issue at all. I don't usually complain and this is the first review I have ever done, but this place was horrible. I will he calling the corporate number after my trip (to see what else goes wrong with this) and letting them know how this branch is their cars and customers. Definitely go to enterprise. I know I that is who I will be doing all my rental business with from now on.
Very disappointed in the cost for a two day rental, (rented Friday after 5:00PM returned Sunday by 3:00PM) I was informed that if I had rented from the Ft Mojave store it would have been less expensive, AFTER I returned the car. Also I was told that the car got 30 miles to the gallon which it did not, total cost for an economy car to go to Phoenix $301.00 (includes fuel)
