At their launching/pick up point tonight they just let a boy drowned! They did nothing to help. They were begged to help by the parents in English & Spanish & they did nothing to help him. The only reason the boy is alive is because of my husband & fellow jet ski renters! HORRIBLE PLACE DON'T TRUST YOUR LIFE IN THESE PEOPLES HANDS! The owner didn't even give a care! All he cared about was the $$$$ the family owed him for gas while the parents were calling an ambulance

Worse services ever, they have us waiting for an hour to get the jet ski, very ruth people, they overcharged the fuel $120 but the worse part is that they charged my friend $800 dollar for a little scratch on the jet ski. Don't rent from this place or they will ruin your trip.
We went to 2 jet skiis. We weren't told where to go, we just went where the other 3 people were waiting...in the 115 degree heat, in the sun, on the blacktop. We waited standing on the blacktop for 45 minutes before we got our jet skiis. We looked them over and chunks of fiberglass were missing off the nose of one of them, cracks along the frame and the speedometer didn't work. We had them back by 6:30pm. Within 10 minutes they picked up 1 jet ski but not the other. My husband was left standing in the water for over and hour and a half, I complained to one of the guys pulling the jet skiis out of the water, he had been down there for over an hour and a half. I went to the office and told them there and the woman with short hair told me "yeah, that happens a lot" and a woman with long black hair and an accent who gave me nasty looks the whole time and refused to speak to me. They're shady and don't tell you the fuel price $4.00 per gallon or $120 for a full tank, up front.
Friendly helpful staff, good reliable equipment, quick void of deposit money with no damage to the boat, I will use Malows again.
We were just scammed by them two weeks ago upon our vacation to Laughlin / Bullhead City, but after researching them on the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Google, Yellow Pages etc, I have discovered that this business has done the same thing to countless other tourists / customers.The day we were returning our rental, there were five other individual parties whom the owner was claiming the same thing and making these others pay "rental damages", of which all were also disputing the validity of his claims. The owner had originally told me we would have to pay $200.00 deposit for what he claimed were damages, and when I walked away from the counter and said to him "this sounds like a scam to me", then he threatened me and said "ok, now you get to pay $450.00 for that comment". After reading the reviews and witnessing the other five customers in his establishment at the same time that it was happening to as well, there is a definite pattern by this owner to hold his customers at his financial will. He makes photo copies of our drivers license and credit cards, and has you sign the blank "damages page" before there is any "supposed damage". Red Flag!And if the owner is reading this, please refrain from your unwarranted "defense" for taking our money. I see by your sarcastic responses to many of the other reviews that you genuinely do not understand "the customer is always right" motto of good business tactics.I simply want my $200.00 back. I do not require my rental fees back. I just want what was wrongfully taken from me.
Worst place ever!!! Don't explain anything until the fact you paid. Customer service is terrible, rude employees, and they just look at you like you know everything.
I am currently a happy customer. I was finally able to speak with the owner Mr. Malow who was actually very courteous. After explaining my unfortunate experience with his company, he stated that his policy is to make the customer happy. He offered to work with me. He stated he would refund all disputed charges expect for the rental. I agreed, seeing as though I wasn’t disputing the fact that I used the Jet Ski and it was in good condition. In every business there are sometimes negative circumstances however, the customer service is what makes all the difference. In this case the owner stood in the gap for the company and changed my views. Now hopefully, he will be a man of his word and honor his statement. However, at this point, I am satisfied with our resolution and would recommend this company to others as a company that stands behind their clients….Ill keep you posted.
They are criminals and Crooks!!! They charged us $545 for scratches on the propeller that were there when we rented it. How am I suppose to know that the jet ski that worked all day needs to be "replaced" now for a few scratches....STAY AWAY
Do not rent any jet-sky at this place. The equipment is completely old and damaged. We rented two of them and after 2 hours of usage we returned them. It turns out one jet sky was damaged with the friction of the water and we were charged almost $2,000.00 to our credit card.
