        Last reviewer is ridiculous. No one can hold your computer "ransom". My experience was great with the staff. 100% FREE DIAGNOSTICS. They called me before doing anything to my PC and BEFORE any charges were made. Absolutely no surprise charges. They are legit. I suggest going in and seeing for yourself. :)
