New management has improved this franchise
Just went in to get dinner and were told it would be at least a twenty minute wait as they were out of chicken. How are you out of chicken????
This Taco Bell Franchise has done my son way wrong and what's worse is no one there cares. No one in charge anyway!! My son ate 2 of the doritos shell tacos I believe April 21st of 2013. He didn't eat anything before These two taco's and after eating them he got so violently ill he walked and ran to he emergency room. He laer told me he flt so bad he was affraid to drive. About 2 to 3 hours afte eating these taco's he and a friend of his were visiting when his friend told me my son got real white and started sweating.He felt horrible and was scared. My son was in the emergency room fr around 3 or 4 hours.On the ride home I could not get over how white, weak and ill he was. He slept for rest of that day and night,. I checked on i every so often. I felt helpless. The next day he laid in bed too while not feeling good but at least talkig to me. That's when i called Taco Bell and left word for the manager to return my call as soon as he or she could. It was maybe nest day or more I finally got a call from the manager. I told him what hapened and I told him we only want tacobell to pay my sons E.R. bill. Hospital papers sate doctors agreed my son had fod posioning. The manager gave me a wrong number for his supervisor so I tried to call the stre back and ALL DAY THE PHONE WENT TO THE FAX MACHINE. Convient! I finally contacted the distrct manger for this franchise and explained what happened and what we wanted. She was rude, and said my son was the only one who got ill that day. I said I had heard a rumor that a couple months back an employee was found poping into the food, got caught and fired. I satd I bet no one comlained about getting ill then either (I was taking a stab in the dark) but then this supervisor said"well, stuff happens." JUST BECASE NO ONE COMPLAINED DOES NOT MAKE IT UNTRUE THE FOOD WAS NOT SANATARY TO SERVE TO ANYONE. MY SON WAS ILL FOR AROUND 2 WEEKS. I DON'T TAKE KINDLY TO AT LEAST TACO BELL SHOWING COMMON CONCERN FOR HIS HEALTH. VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!! WORST i'VE EVER WITNESSED ANYWHERE.
