My wife, and I came in on a Friday evening right at closing time, when the lights were going out. Tony was at the desk and I told him that I just wanted to look at a few tables, and had a few questions. He answered my questions, and told me to look around, but my wife was still in the car, and I didn't want to take up anymore of his time, since it was closing time. He told me to go get my wife if since it would be a little while before he finished his paperwork. I got her, and to make a long story short, we both (wife and I) found a table we liked, which came with a bundle of item, and set it up to be delivered the coming Sunday.

Two of his men came and set the table up in our basement, and they were very professional and thorough in their work from the time they came in to the finished product. I was up playing pool within 35 minutes.

I would recommend GA Leisure to everyone looking for a place for billiards, spas, and hot tubs. They have to best price in town, and the service is top notch. Tony and his time are #1 by far

I purchased a spa last year from Georgia Leisure and recently had a issue pop up with the lighting inside the spa not working. I contacted the store and spoke with Tony and explained my issue.Within minutes Tony diagnosed the issue and placed me on the repair schedule that same day! The service technicians called before the end of the day and came out and fixed the issue with no charge due to the warranty of the spa. GREAT job Georgia Leisure I will definitely look into future purchases of a pool table within the next few months! A+

We recently purchased a Kamado Joe grill and table from Georgia Leisure. The whole experience—from the moment we walked in until the grill was delivered and set up—was fabulous. They had very knowledgeable answers to our 101 questions about the various ceramic grills and gave us a deal that felt like a steal. They even went above and beyond, delivering our table and grill on separate occasions—for free!

Georgia Leisure I Outdoor Living-The Greatest!!!



After researching all name brand and local Spa dealers for about a month or two I visited the Buford store and Lisa showed me what I thought My Wife and I was asking for in the price range

that we had established. I like the look of the store and the way Lisa was knowledgable about their products. After a couple of months and getting the deck prepared for the new Spa it was time for a wet test. I called up Lisa to set it up on a Saturday since the one we chose was not normally filled and ready. Tony had everything ready when we arrived and we proceeded to try it out with Tony explaining all the features. My Wife and I was not satisfied with the Jet action.



Lisa Recommended that Tony show us the Marquis that was one that was filled and ready to test. After trying this one out there was no doubt in our mind that it was the one for us.



We decided on the Maquis Epic complete package. Since we were on vacation we asked if it would be possible to get one that was in stock and installed while we were at the lake.



Tony had one on the floor and was able to schedule installation the next Friday. The electrician was there Thursday and installed the electrical and Jason and his crew was there Friday to install fill and get it up and running. We were enjoying our new Spa Friday Nite, Saturday, and Sunday Afternoon.



Could not be happier with our purchase, From what we have read we will have a long and enjoyable relationship with Georgia Leisure. Not having to worry if anything goes wrong that it will be taken care of by Tony and his fine Staff.

Georgia Leisure was a very positive experience for me. They have a wide selection of pool tables and hot tubs. Tony was very informed and upfront about the process. This was not a quick sale like another reviewer stated. I had a relaxing time looking at and purchasing a pool table. They also put together some really nice packages that make things affordable.

We recently moved to Georgia from Virginia and sold our hot tub with the house and missed having one. So we made the round to some local spa dealers to see what was new since our previous hot tub was over 10 years old, and we were excited to see all of the new features and choices available.



We stopped by Georgia Leisure at the Mall of Georgia and met a great salesperson named Lisa. She showed us around their showroom, which was packed with about 30 hot tubs on display, and helped us to find the perfect one to fit our needs and budget.



Unlike most other hot tub dealers we visited, Georgia Leisure had prices on all of their hot tubs and the prices included the cover, cover lift, steps, chemicals and the electrical connection.



We custom designed a beautiful new Bullfrog spa and will have it delivered in at the end of this month.

I recently purchased a new hot tub from GA Leisure. I had visited a few stores and just didn't get a good vibe from the locations I had visited. I felt that the stores made it very uncomfortable and difficult to actually buy a tub. I went into GA Leisure after reading good reviews and I was not let down. #1 best thing was being left alone while looking at their tubs. Tony was there if we needed him, but he didn't follow us all over the store. He made the process of buying very easy. The best part, clearly listed in front of every tub was the price, what the price included, etc. The prices listed included everything, but you had the option to subtract items you didn't need...NICE! Our tub was ordered, manufactured and just delivered yesterday. We have enjoyed it for two nights now and our family loves it. I put a LOT of value on customer service but find I have my expectations set too high for most businesses today. Tony and GA Leisure exceeded my expectations.

Simply the best customer service I have had in a long time. Tony is just the type of person you want to talk to. You can't help but trust him. No greasy snake oil sales feeling. After our first visit my wife and I looked at each other on the way home and said, "That was enjoyable"!

I don't know where these reviewers had their experience, but mine was not like that. I felt rushed through the whole experience. Tony needs to hire some help and SLOW DOWN. My information on how to open my pool was about a 2 minute explanation that turned out to be quite wrong. He's a nice guy, but I was not impressed with the service.

What a great customer experience....From the start, Tony makes it easy for you to purchase outdoor leisure products. I found out that he will do whatever it takes to make you feel like you have gotten a great product at a great price. In my case, there was a chip on a grill I purchased. Without any questions, Tony replaced the grill the next day. His guys are great too. You can rest assured that no matter what you purchase, Tony has your back....I will only purchase outdoor leisure product from Georgia Leisure and so should you. Tony, thank you.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have shopped with these guys since they opened. Just resufaced an antique Brunswick table for me, and did a fantastic job on budget and on time! Tony and Tom are the most knowledgeable guys I've met when it comes to the older tables. These guys have my business, and I will recommend them to anyone!

I wish I could give Georgia Leisure 10 stars out of 5. Rarely, do you find companies with this level of customer service any more. I was purchasing a used on consignment shuffle board table from GL. A very small sale for them. They treated me like I was their best customer. I wanted to arrange it as a surprise for my husband & they helped make it happen. The owner, Tony, is a pleasure to work with. As is the lady who also works in the store(can't remember her name!!) Jason & Tom came out to deliver the shuffleboard table & were unable to get in my basement b/c we were paving our patio. They were so polite offered to come back. Speaking of the patio, we got a bad concrete job. They showed what should & should not have been done. They really know their stuff. Oh the money I would have paid to have GL to do my patio instead of the other people!! If I only would have known. The staff & owners of GL are top notch people. I purchased a swim spa and hot tub from Georgia Leisure. The purchase was effortless and the delivery and service was as promised. A month later the hot tub developed a leak. Tony's guy's were here the next day, on a Sunday I might add and fixed it, no questions. 3 years later, one of the pump motors started making a sound on the swim spa. I called Tony and before I new it they installed a new motor and I didn't even know when they came. They just fixed it. I highly recommend Georgia Spa and Leisure.

I received a Kamado Joe (big green egg) from Ga Leisure last year for Christmas. Man you have cooked unless you've cooked on Kamado Joe. I had a problem with a cracked heat deflector. I brought it in about ten to eleven months later and they replaced the heat deflector with no questions asked. I only do business with companies that have great customer service and you guys have it. I'll see you soon for my pool table

Joe is a great man. I am very pleased with his business. I drive over an hour to come to Georgia Leisure because Joe and Tony know the ins and outs of all products they sell. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they go out of their way to help people find exactly what they want. I will only buy billiard and spa equipment from them. If anyone needs a pool, pool table, hot tub or any accesories make sure you go to them first. 110% excellent service.

We recently bought a Kamado Joe from Tony at Georgia Leisure and would do so again in a heartbeat. The price was excellent but more importantly was the superior customer service we received. Tony personally delivered the grill to our house the SAME DAY that we purchased it. He didn't have the user manual with him so later that night he came back and put it in the mailbox for us. We also received a thank you note for our business (how often does that ever happen from other stores - rarely if ever!). Tony has a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm and we very much enjoyed our experience with him. A+++++.

My in-ground pool ROCKS! Thanks Georgia Leisure for the service, the product, the value and for the fun that the entire family has enjoyed. We shopped around for pools and Georgia Leisure not only had the best product, but knowing that they did the sales, installation and service - we knew this one stop shopping was for us. The entire process was handled perfectly! We can't wait for warm weather again! We will be back for our pool table and spa!

2nd major purchase from Tony, no pressure sales, good quality products, but the best is Customer Service! Hard to find these days, but they show and make you know they care. The first purchase, he had an opening that day and within 3 hours was installed and ready to play. 2nd purchase, came when they said, was exactly as was sold and the installation/service crew was great! I am a life long customer. I did look elsewhere, but I knew the quality and service of Georgia Leisure made me purchase there
