        I wish I could rate them without any stars but that is not allowed. I would never imagine that a house that I did not own could cause me so much difficulty. Despite numerous efforts to cancel this insurance policy, I continue to be an unfortunate policy owner that is being asked to pay $997 for a home I sold almost two years ago! I have visited the Buford office, spoken to five AFI agents via phone on seven different occasions, and asked my realtor who sold the home almost two years ago to intervene as well with closing documentation. Still, American Family Insurance persist to pester me with multiple growing bills and phone calls about home insurance bills for a home I no longer own! Also, I never received a refund from the policy that I cancelled. So not only have they stolen my hard earned money, they are continuously try to steal more from a hard working teacher. This is beyond frustrating and sheer stupidity. I will never procure any product and/or service from this business again!
