So my son has a recall on the airbags in his Civic (who doesn’t have an airbag recall), he makes and appoint at Honda Mall of GA for repairs and they offer him a deal on oil change and “free inspection” while he is there. My son was exited about free inspection, but I told him they always do “free inspection” because that’s how they make their money. The more crap they find wrong the more incline you are to have it repaired there. So they repair the airbag and change the oil. After the oil change I started to notice a lot of oil spots in the driveway. I tell him it’s from his car and to take it back, which he did the next day. He was told it was residue from the oil change, and that they wiped it up. I call BS, and call the manager stating that it was too much oil for excess residue. I tell him that my son is a 19 year old college student who purchased his own car, pays his own tuition and works hard for his money and I felt like he was being fed BS, but the manager assured me it was a Honda thing and it was cleaned and no leak. Fast forward a few days later and I am still seeing more oil in my driveway so I tell my son to take it back today, and that it has to be leaking from oil filter. They now tell him that it is transmission fluid leak and he needs a transmission fluid flush, brake line flush, power steering flush and he has a cracked motor mount. I know the difference between oil and transmission fluid and it’s oil in my driveway, and what does a transmission flush have to do with leak. He also had all the motor mounts replace a month ago. Their charge $1,102.23. I tell him to get the hell out of there and take it to our mechanic. Our mechanic found that the oil was leaking from the filter which had a bad gasket and that the filter was improperly installed. No other mechanical issues. The cost $23 for inspection and new oil filter. Oh yeah, there was a slight transmission leak from where Honda pulled the dipstick and didn’t push it all the way back in. I guess we will never go back to Honda Mall of GA, because they are either clueless or ripoff artist who try to take advantage of people. Pisses me off!!!!

Staff is always helpful. Very Friendly! They kept me fully informed the entire time and checked in on me from time to time to let me know the status of my vehicle. It was so nice to pickup my car with it all nice and clean! They even vacuumed it out for me! The best dealership by far! I did save some money using the service coupons on Facebook!
Excellent customer service from Evon who patiently answered our questions and came in on his day off to assist with the final sale and trade in. Also appreciated Rocky who assisted with finance options and other details. Staff who provided the distractions for the kids are also to be noted. Much better experience than Kia of Cumming. There is no way I would ever buy another car or recommend anyone going there to get a vehicle. I have had to take my truck in several times to get repairs done to it, but in May of 2015 I had to have a new radiator put in and almost a year to that day in 2016 I had to get any other one again and yes, I had to pay for it again. They called and said I needed new breaks and an oil change. After they were done I picked up my truck and was almost home and went to put on my breaks and my front tiers locked up and almost caused me to wreck and the attitude I got when I called them was that it was my problem They asked me what I wanted them to do about it. I told them they needed to fix it. So, they took it to the Gainesville location to their mechanic to get it fixed the correct way. Not to long after that my truck started to leak radiator fluid and I also checked the oil and it was so low I had to add 3 quarts to it. Because I lost my job and was behind on payments I was given a hard time about them fixing it. They did work with me for a bit with my payments but then I was told by one person that I was lying about not having a job and I just didn't want to pay them. I was in shock that someone would have the nerve to say that. I really lost all respect for those people that are paid to be so rude to people. They just kicked me down more when I was having a hard time finding a job. And let me just say I was never late with my payments when I did have a job. My truck was fine before I let them fix it and when I got it back it seemed everything was going wrong with it. I feel they know that the vehicles they sell are bad and they hire mechanics that don't know what they’re doing so you have to keep taking it back to them to fix it. I am almost to the point of just giving it back to them, that place is ridicules and some of the employees are rude. I don't understand how a company like that can get away with selling vehicles that are bad and get away with knowing they are not in good condition. And forget about speaking to the manager of that place. That person will not give you the time of day! Needless to say, I will be looking to get a vehicle somewhere else. And please take my advice look somewhere else if you need a vehicle and save yourself the headache of dealing with that place!

Attention!!! Before you purchase a vehicle from Sports and Imports you need to beware of several factors that may effect your life for years to come.1. Predatory lending!! They charge more then 2 times what the car is worth. Then they add finance charges. Example: A vehicle that is valued at $5400.00. They Charge you $11,000.00. Then When they add the finance charges your paying almost $20k for a vehicle that most likely will have serious mechanical issues as soon as you drive off the lot. Then they offer to repair it for you. "BUT" for a up front fee and you pay more than the repair cost if you had it repaired your self. Then they tell you "Oh no problem" We will just add it to the end of the loan. While your paying serious interest anyway this causes your loan to go up even further. 2. They tell you that the vehicle has GPS location. "ITS NOT A GPS LOCATION DEVICE" It is a "Starter shut off device" Which is fine. Make your payment and it wont be an issue. They have to Reveal this fact before purchase! What do they do with this device?They use this device to locate your car even when your not behind or no payment due for 30 days. 1.They will locate your car. 2. Unlock your car making it accessible for members like Ex: (The Great one, Team, Gang, Associates, Partners, The Crew) etc.etc. to easily access and take any and all material, items, or devices you have in your car FACT! 2. They do not tell you that it's a kill switch for the system. NOTE They don't tell you this at all! You get home read the paper work they give you in a packet. It is suppose to be copies of the paper work you signed. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A COPY OF THE PAPER WORK YOU SIGNED! The Acct Mngrs are Rude, Nasty, Disrespectful! Very Getto! No professionalism what so ever! They have used VIOP numbers posing as Attorney's, Banks, Insurance Agents, ETC.. FACT! The owner? Don't exist. 26 calls and msgs and I have yet to speak with the owner! They always use " You have No insurance"! Depending on the business your in. You will not keep your car! There is a hard core behind the scene reason for all this! FACT!BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!
