MON after work/placed order 60 boxes flooring. Was to be pulled/ready TUE. They'd call me.No call from them, I called on WED. The order would be ready for me THU. I called THU AM. Was told it would be ready by 2PM. I didn't believe it. Called and asked to speak w/mgr. Was told she was would call me back. No call.2PM, order not ready. Order showed up w/flooring on pallet/wrapped up. Thought he would break /springs in my truck trying to get pallet off lift.Got home, unloaded boxes, 2 boxes missing/1 damaged. Called store, asked for a mgr. On hold, came back and said that the mgr was busy/would call me back.No problems last September. 52 boxes ordered/were ready on time/all there.Got a call Mgr Jackie said they'd replace damaged box but they'd review security cameras regarding the 2 missing boxes. Really? I spend over 5K within the last yr and I'm trying to scam them out of 2 boxes of $50 flooring? Excellent service.08/05/16 Store Mgr called and made everything right.

I am shocked by these negative reviews! Chris did my floors in Hamilton Mill about 7 years ago. He and his team were so professional and did such a good job that I was here looking for his contact info so I could get him to do another home's flooring.
I’m sorry but we just have no clue about who you are, we do hundreds of costumers each year and I have never heard a complain about my work expertise. I’m very picky with all the work I do, and I can affirm that if I ever left something like you said on a work (which I would certainly make sure not do) I would never said it was not my fault since were the ones working on the project, and definitely would have been fixed and sometimes before you even notice. But now, if you are just someone trying to push down our business or a competitor keep in mind that 90% of our costumers are referrals and they have an apposite opinion about our company. Thank you.
A couple months ago I hired Chris to redo our entire first floor hardwoods (kitchen, family room, living, room, dining room, and foyer). During the sales process Chris was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Once the job started, nice guy Chris disappeared. He became argumentative over questions asked during the job and the quality of his work was sub-par at best. I had to ask him to come back out two different times to fix mistakes he made on the floors. And each time he had an excuse as to why the problems weren't his fault. On the plus side, he has good pricing, but the attitude and poor quality work and service don't make up for the value.
After having a couple of heated arguments with the manager Chris, the installation was actually ok. However, after just a few days, I started noticing that there were boards that weren't properly glued, and it was a struggle to get them to send the workers back out to fix it under warranty. Now, after a couple of years, we got water damage, and they kept missing the appointments to come fix it, and finally they hung up the phone on us, when we brought up the word Warranty. We decided to go with another company. Stay away from them.
