As always we rent from hertz at Buford 8 to 10 times a year and we just did two rentals back to back one for vacation the second for family emergency and in both cases the service was excellent
Even though I made a reservation one week ago online and confirmed on the phone, there was no one to pick me up at the scheduled time. I have to make phone calls 3 time before the time of my pick up on the day. It appears the first rep. did not page or informed the person to pick me up. Finally, when pick up person arrived, he was about an hour late. I had to go to airport to receive the family member with luggage. I ended up stuck in the traffic. I requested GM vehicle one week in advance and I was offered Ford vehicle. What the point of making reservation in advance? I will think more than twice before renting from this Enterprise location. My Enterprise Membership Number is 884DP2X.
I reserved a car 3 weeks ahead of time and when i show up, there is not one vehicle that they can rent me. Basically the whole Seinfeld episode except that they don't even have the economy car. You'll need to babysit your reservation to make sure it's there or you'd just be better off going down the road to the other Buford rental companies like i ended up doing. Who ever is running that branch should be fired for incompetence.
Had a great experience at this Enterprise location. Brandon Alexander went above and beyond to ensure that I received excellent customer care. This location is very busy because it is the only Enterprise in the local Buford area, but the reps here work hard at providing great customer service and getting the customers in and out. I would defintely recommend this business
Had a use a car from Hertz of Buford due to a GMC recall. When GMC and Hertz could not communicate properly regarding payment for the rental our daughter's credit card was charged instead. BOTH Hertz and GMC agree that her card should not have been charged but we have been waiting since OCTOBER OF 2014 for the refund!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
