They have done a great job at getting people to do positive reviews..and to be clear they ask you to do a review right as the deal is done..you don't know the experience with this dealership until you have dealt with them for a longer period of time other than just the sale.They advertise to send referrals and you then get a free car after your fourth referral FO NOT BE FOOLED.I have sent over 7 referrals and they claim the others are not noted,they CLAIM the customer had to stay in the vehicle for x amount of time how can you control how long a person stay in the vehicle but the fact is a purchase was made and they have acknowledge that by giving me the gift card which they also advertise that if you refer you will get $250cash no it's a gift card..so how can you acknowledge the referrals yet here it is over a year or more later and still I do not have my title in hand..which was supposed to be given to me AFTER THE FOURTH REFERRAL..SO YES THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THE INITIAL SALE IS COOL but this is about their so called referral program..these people have made plenty of money with me referring customers yet they have not and REFUSE TO STAND BY THEIR VERY OWN POLICY OF THE FREE CAR EVEN AFTER THE REFERRALS WERE VERIFIED! SO me like a fool have continued to pay a note that I literally do not owe and have not odealership until wed in months..my lawyer has gotten involved,it's a shame that a person makes money yet take advantage of the not so privelaged for what!? Stand by your word and then the employees ARE IN THE KNOW AND YET THEY STAND UP FOR A COMPANY WHO WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SINGLE MOTHERS AND MINORITIES.A DAMN SHAME!
Please read this before you take your vehicle here. Unfortunately they are crooks. I took my car here because it was not turning on occasionally and turning off while going down the highway. I told them that I thought it was the fuel pump. I told them what was happening to my car and a day later they told me it was the ignition switch. I told them okay, go ahead and fix it for $500.By no means am I an expert on cars, but when I have a problem with my car and I tell the shop what the problem is, and they tell me what the soultion is I expect it to be truthful. Unfortunately this is not the case with NTB.After getting my car back, within 24 hours it was having the same problem as it had been sent I had taken it in to get fixed. So I called up to the NTB and explained to them they had not fixed the problem I had brought it in for. The rude person on the phone then told me "do you expect us to fix it for free?"... Uhh no I already paid $500 for no reason.That's right, they had "fixed" something on my car that was not really the problem, and took advantage of me not knowing what the original problem was. When confronted with this they refused to make it right by fixing the problem I originally brought it in for.So basically I was out $500 and still had a car that was in the same shape as when I brought it in. After taking it to a REAL mechanic, wouldn't you know but I was right, it was the fuel pump.My experience with NTB leads me to STRONGLY recommend you take your car elsewhere. In my experience these people are trained to take your money, without doing any meaningful work. Please reconsider taking your vehicle here. It was probably the least pleasurable experience I've ever had with a business.
We all have to get our emissions done. Well mine are due by February so unfortunately I have these guys and girls out in the cold every year. Thought I would stop in real quick, no line. I think there is a reason for that no line. Sure, he's cheap at $13. Anyways I was passing by and thought I could get one car out of the way. So signs everywhere saying "Get out of your car". Well at a brisk 37 deg I'm going to wait until the last minute to get out. So sitting there with the door open waiting for him to approach so I can get out and let him drive the vehicle in "for safety" because it is clear this guy (most likely the owner) is a better driver than his customers, very rude he exclaims from far inside the station "we can get started when you get out". Nope, I'm out of here. Sometime we miss signs of a bad situation but this time is was clear. Not trusting this guy with anything. I'm not looking to be treated like I own the place but a little customer service goes a long way. Avoid this place, couple extra bucks will go a long way somewhere else. Couple places in Suwanee for $14 and one over in dacula where you get a free car wash with emmisions at $20. Long review but felt like putting my experience with this guy out there. Couldn't leave a negative star.
WARNING: Do not go here if you want a good, honest automotive repair facility. They can't be trusted to do the work you request, and don't expect them to reimburse you for damage caused by work they said they did, but didn't.

I don't know where to begin. They don't deserve any stars in my opinion and I think anyone who gave them a good review is probably an employee or they were paid to.In January of 2017 I call the shop for a quote on a transmission fluid drain and fill., for my 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer. I was quoted $80. When I came to pick up my car the lady at the desk tacked on another $50, telling me the guys in the back didn't know what they were taking about. She also, without speaking to me first changed my air filter at the price of $35. I'm not made of money and I had only budgeted for the price I was given over the phone, so now I'm TRYING to figure out how to come up with another $80. that is not the end of it. This is only the beginning . Fast forward 6 months, it's about mid July, my husband blows a tired and ends up scrapping a curb. Our vehicle starts leaking fluid. It's a dark brown liquid, I figure we damaged our oil pan. So my husband ( I wanted to take it somewhere else as l don't trust Shelby to be honest and reasonable take it up to bc of our last encounter.) They tell us we damaged our transmission pan. Now I'm confused bc I know what transmission fluid looks like and at 98,000( when we changed it in January) it was not as dark as the fluid coming out of my vehicle. And we had only gone another 12,000 miles since "the transmission fluid change" in January. I ask "You are trying to tell me my transmission fluid got darker in 6 months and 12,000 miles than it did in 2 years an 98,000 miles??" No!! They agreed that the color was off. Either they didn't change it at all, or they put used fluid in there or they are complete idiots and someone put oil in my transmission. I am furious. I can not stand a liar or a thief. My husband says "fix the leak, Do Not do anything over $200 without calling me first." That's not what happened. My opinion they should have done it on the house seeing as they charged me for work that wasn't done in the first place. This place is awful.

There is no way I would ever buy another car or recommend anyone going there to get a vehicle. I have had to take my truck in several times to get repairs done to it, but in May of 2015 I had to have a new radiator put in and almost a year to that day in 2016 I had to get any other one again and yes, I had to pay for it again. They called and said I needed new breaks and an oil change. After they were done I picked up my truck and was almost home and went to put on my breaks and my front tiers locked up and almost caused me to wreck and the attitude I got when I called them was that it was my problem They asked me what I wanted them to do about it. I told them they needed to fix it. So, they took it to the Gainesville location to their mechanic to get it fixed the correct way. Not to long after that my truck started to leak radiator fluid and I also checked the oil and it was so low I had to add 3 quarts to it. Because I lost my job and was behind on payments I was given a hard time about them fixing it. They did work with me for a bit with my payments but then I was told by one person that I was lying about not having a job and I just didn't want to pay them. I was in shock that someone would have the nerve to say that. I really lost all respect for those people that are paid to be so rude to people. They just kicked me down more when I was having a hard time finding a job. And let me just say I was never late with my payments when I did have a job. My truck was fine before I let them fix it and when I got it back it seemed everything was going wrong with it. I feel they know that the vehicles they sell are bad and they hire mechanics that don't know what they’re doing so you have to keep taking it back to them to fix it. I am almost to the point of just giving it back to them, that place is ridicules and some of the employees are rude. I don't understand how a company like that can get away with selling vehicles that are bad and get away with knowing they are not in good condition. And forget about speaking to the manager of that place. That person will not give you the time of day! Needless to say, I will be looking to get a vehicle somewhere else. And please take my advice look somewhere else if you need a vehicle and save yourself the headache of dealing with that place!
