Veda hair salon is the worst hair salon in this area. When they destroy someone's hair it's not just that they don't say sorry, but they want you to pay full price and if you start complaining they will call police on you. So I suggest to everyone don't go there it's better to pay more money and get it right than pay less and then pay again to get it fixed somewhere else. When you ask them can you do what I want they will say "Yes,yes" but the truth is NO, NO. Service is 00000

Nice little room for her salon, very cosy. It's in a huge building with different salons. But she comes and meets you at the front door so you don't get lost. Great lady and does a wonderful job!
She made my first Brazilian wax a wonderful experience. She was very attentive and gentle. She even gave me thorough after care advice to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs. I also got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I received a lot of compliments same day! I would refer Smile to anyone she is a great beautician and now has a regular customer ����

The staff here will cut and color your hair the way THEY think it should be done, not heeding your opinion or vision. My family and I have been a faithful customer to Salon Titanium for almost 10 years and we have put up with little mistakes and "style taste" in the past, but this most recent experience just went too far. About a week ago, I scheduled a cut and balayage color with the head stylist, Tracy. After showing her several pictures of light brown highlights (my hair is dark, almost black brown), she said I should get gold highlights instead. No, no I don't want to go any lighter than light brown! Unfortunately, when my hair had dried and I got to see the finished color, she had decided to go ahead and make my highlights gold anyway. It was horrendous! Usually I'm one to suck it up and say I like it anyway but I couldn't stand it. To put up with a bad haircut is one thing; it will grow out. But bad hair coloring is quite another. I have to keep this hair! I told her upfront that I didn't like the color. From that moment forward, Tracy was extremely stiff towards me. She did say she could darken the shade but she didn't say one word after that.Now another hour later (4+ hours at this point), I come out with slightly darker golden highlights. I'm still not a fan of the hair but at this point, I need to get home to my family. To my dismay, I realize she has ALSO gotten bleach on my brand new staff shirt! Never once does she apologize but repeatedly says, "Goodness, that's never happened before". I've had it. Regrettably, I still paid full price ($100+). Looking back, I should've asked for a discount considering my staff shirt was bleached. I also found hair color on my favorite cardigan when I got home. I've rarely received a harsh attitude from Tracy and the other stylists before, but then, I've not had the courage to say I didn't like the cut or color before either. I hope others have a better experience there, but I will not be returning again.
Megan Mashburn is an amazing stylist!! I have been using her since she was in cosmetology school and I've always loved everything she's done with my hair!! She has given me anything from bangs to beautiful layers; all while keeping my hair the length I want it because she knows and cares how important it is to me.My wedding day is coming in May 2017 and she let me do a free trial run of a few different up-do ideas for the wedding and all of them look gorgeous but I finally decided on one and she is making my wedding day so special!!! I've attached a few pictures of the up-do trials. Please try Megan out as I said before, she is amazing!!!
Do not buy a Groupon or go to her salon for hair services. Super hard to get an appt scheduled and when you do, she reschedules over and over again. Had to spend over two hours on the phone with Groupon over two days and 6-customer service reps just to get Groupon credit after she decided she didn't want to reschedule with me again. She stated she had made a bad first impression with all the reschedules and she wouldn't be a good stylist for me; it would be best if I got a refund from Groupon and went somewhere else. I was nothing but nice and understanding each time she rescheduled. I'm beyond frustrated.
