Since June30, I have been waiting for my phone to work properly. Not a single person at boost can diagnose the problem. Sprint has even tried! Yet I still can’t get a new phone ora refund. Shop elsewhere! #boostsux
Cricket owns this store, it is not a franchised location, but, you still have to go back to this store with any problems even if you pass 4 others on the way.After buying a replacement phone it was not working so all the way back to get told I must be doing something wrong (I charged it 10pm until 2pm and still not 93%, 30 minutes later at the store it lost 40% of its charge). I kept hearing about how I must have done something wrong.Then, the 2 times I was in the store I told them I wanted to change to their new plan and needed a phone that could be used as a hotspot. Both times the employees neglected to tell me this could not be done with this phone. But, of course, even though Cricket has a 7 day "not satisfied" policy, they couldn't change the phone at the store by my house..So, off to this store a 3rd time, 30 min each way. Got a different phone But, the phone was defective - completely freezes while charging So, I knew the store hours from the door. Arrived 30 minutes before closing time and the store is locked up. I called Cricket, even though it is a corporate owned store they didn't care, they refused to say anything other than if I didn't want to drive back I could just wait until the seven day return time was up, send it back to them under the warranty, they would send me a refurbished phone in 6-8 weeks. When asked why they couldn't send me a new phone to my house and a mailer to return this one or send one to the store by my house, they said this would screw up inventories.This makes no sense, you send them a phone, they send mine back. So, Cricket will sell you anything, not listen to your needs, then screw you on return policies by making you drive past 4 other stores to get to the one you bought it from. This particular store also kept taking my phones away before transferring contacts and data, telling me I need to download that from "the cloud". They are that lazy?Cricket service promised me a call back this morning, still no call.

Unfortunately my experience, been very disappointing. Changing my daughter lens rear camera Galaxy S7 , is the most unprofessional work I've seen in years, the technician never turn off the phone to work with the device, even when heat is applied to remove the lens damaged, for this work a sticker double-side is always required to paste the new lens, the technician used adhesive double-sided tape, there is obviously a good chance that you can get moisture due to a bad seal, then apply excess heat that made all lens be deformed , now because of this deformation the rear camera does not focus. Do not bother even to claim the bad job, because obviously makes no sense to do it with someone so unprofesional. I just want to leave my experience. I'll upload pictures to prove my experience.
Got a great deal on a new phone. ED was great and very helpful. Helped me with all my needs. I would recommend you stop in this store.
Great service highly recommended fast service got my phone fix in10 mins they do have large verity of accessories to buy friendly environment knowable staff.
Beware reps work on commission and miss lead you. Upgraded to new iPhone 6 $200 with 2yr contract and received edge program. Rep charged me for $200 in accessories to look like phone purchase to get he commission. In end I never signed either contract according to 611 Verizon. When I got bill I only notice cause had a $90 tax charge for phone die to edge program. I did receive $200 in accessories but rep told me they were free with 2 yr contract upgrade that I thought I was receiving. BEWARE!
