Horrible place to live ...I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now....the manager doesn’t care about anything ...there is rarely anyone in the office and if you have something that needs to be fixed It will take months for it to be done. Instead of discussing something with tenants they just write notices and expect you to jump at their every rule.The new management is horrible!!..washers and dryers are always broken.In the winter you can’t even control your own heat so it’s always freezing so they can save money!! A lot of the windows are so bad that you can always feel drafts from the outside.Plus they let anyone live here there are cops called from everything to people selling drugs to getting sexually assaulted. Recently moved it was the best decision I made. DEFINETLY SHOULDNT LIVE HERE!

This is a Horrible rat infested complex,and they don't do any repairs , apartments also have mold and water leaks do not rent.

I would rather sleep in a train stationI am a current resident of PBA and have lived here for two years. The building has had a mice problem since I have been here and when complaints come into management they give us traps that don't catch anything and when asked about extermination we get told the mice are in the walls and they can't do anything. Recently a bunch of residents have been having bed bug infestations, a resident who has been here longer then I have had to move apartments as the bed bugs were coming out of his outlets. They already have a new tenant in his old apartment who is having the same problems as he was. There have been seven deaths in the two years I have been here, when people die in their apartments. Their bodies sometimes are in their apartments for days and the smell is horrible (I had not smelled a dead body until I moved in to this apartment building) and will seep into hallways and other apartments. When complaints about awful smells in hallway management claims that it's garbage and doesn't do anything. Which in case causes residents to spray the hallways with perfume or air freshener while the bodies rot and the smell gets worse.The apartment building has five star reviews online as when bad reviews are posted management will report them and they get removed. Landlord has taken people to court over residents (past or present) giving a bad review online and a lot of residents who live here are low income and on disability. Tenants don't know their rights and will not stand up for themselves so they let the owner and management get away with murder... it's horrible and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I am waiting for an opening. I had a tour, two weeks ago . The apt. was perfect for me. I am permanently disable, But I can climb stairs, I am hoping to receive one of those apartments as soon as I can.Where I am staying now is 4 of us & a little crowded. I really need to be on my own, I can't take stress. Please help me. I have been waiting a long time , it seems. Thank-You Mary Lou Schiavone #3951

This place is horrible ! I'm not saying this to be. Nasty! Etc, I'm saying this based on the facts, my parents moved their 2 half yrs ago. During the late fall and it seemed quiet, then summer came and all the scum came out! Condoms in this car ports, teens smoking weed under the car ports, their car hood was damaged at $600 dollars damage, the manager said to run it under their car insurance, then they had the 6 feet of snow. The poles for the car port came loose as 2x12 boards broke in half. They put another board against the old ones that broke and nailed together . one pole fell on my mom's shoulder when she walked past it.. Causing her to have neck surgery... Remind you they paid $810 month for rent. CASH.. Snakes were in House.. I personally caught one.. They said no big deal.. They are garden snakes.. All lower apt get em... Let em go outside.... Then bee's in basement... Then the Rats .. Wow.. So bad story was on the news... Pizzerias won't deliver.. As the crime is so high !!

Im currently being evicted for my house being vandelized. They treat me like they dont care about me here i wish that i could stay in my apartment cause it was nice until someone stole my stuff while visiting my family in the bronx. They sit in the hallways smoking spitting and destroying the building

One of those apartment buildings to avoid, has a pest problem, because it stores garbage in stairwell, which is a violation, very slow to fix problems and your personal safety is a concern, no security and is violated by the locals because emergency doors have a fake camera and alarm goes off for 3 seconds and then is accessible until the door is secured!Frequent attacks and robberies go unreported by the Management and Police!

I lived at dannybrook for two years. They are overpriced abs full of smoke and mirrors. I originally found this place because they stated they accept dogs and it seemed like a great location with everything conveniently located across the street. The apartment they showed me was beautiful and far from what I got! Everything is broken and run down from the hallway lights, to the front doors, to the water in the kitchen and bathroom. Trying to get someone to fix it is even harder! There's zero competence with the maintenance guys. The apartments have very little sound proofing so trust me when I say you can hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing! I would not recommend this location to anyone. You are pay for convenience of location and truely nothing more.

Do NOT Rent ANY Apartment from this lady!!! Cindy is the most unprofessional landlord I have ever met. She is so cheap and nasty. She talks down to you and dismisses almost every issue that you have with the apartment. The plowing of the snow is not sufficient or waits until its late at night so your car gets stuck in the snow by the time your ready to leave in the morning or coming home. She cheats people out of their security deposit. If you ask for something to be fixed chances are it wont be fixed properly the first time around. She is so rude and mean that its not worth giving your money to such a horrible person. LISTEN TO the other negative reviews or else you might regret it!
