Staff is wonderful, all questions are addressed timely. Children are well looked after, enjoy walks outside, lunches "picnic style" at times. Arts and crafts age appropriate. Safe secure environment with caring professionals.
Loved the service! The news about this party was bs, nobody was ever found to be passed out and this was stated in the police report. Also, “Tory R” is Williamsville-housewife code for “Renee Curtin”
I am a three time client for over a wonderful span of 12 years. I have 3 children 12, 7,and 2 and Mrs. Sanders have been very understanding and accommodating to me and I've witnessed the same treatment with other clients as well. If you don't like policy, structure, and want to pickup your kids late all the time then this place is not for your family. However if u want your kids in a safe, stable, learning environment than this place is for your family. Mrs. Coley-Director and Mrs. Sanders-Owner are professionals, they put the kids first, know each and every child individually, and with the excellent staff takes the care for the children to the next level. My kids is a safe haven and a reliable source for all kids.
HORRIBLE!!!! Just found out she was arrested for hosting an underage alcohol party where a child was found passed out. Clearly this owner has no business supervising kids, She even hid in the house so police couldn't find her.
I sent my youngest daughter and son here and they love the provider, Mary, and love the activities they do there. My kids are full time and are super excited every morning to meet Mary and their new friends at the daycare. You can tell it's a nice easygoing and attentive atmosphere
My son has been going about 14 months. He will be 3 in august, started at 18 months and he loves it here. The teachers are all wonderful and are patient with him as he tends to pick out a favorite teacher and cling to them lol. They have tons of toys for the kids to play with, books to read, music to listen to. They also have a nice play area outside for the older kids, and a separate play area for the younger kids, which I think is nice. They have a scheduled time for breakfast, nap, lunch and snack time. In his current room, for 2 and 3 year olds they also help with potty training. My son will go here until he's no longer in need of daycare.
I knew right away when I toured that I wanted to bring my daughter to the learning garden. It's always the same caring and educated staff, in a very family-like setting. Their communication with parents is on point, they even have a texting app set up to send out updates and photos. They go above and beyond every day and my daughter is learning so much. I recently took a job in another town so sadly we have to leave the center and Ann, the director, has once again done so much. She helped me look up other schools and day care providers in the area where my new job is, she checked their posted violations to be sure they were safe, and even put together a document for me to take with me when I tour so that I have some crucial questions to ask to be sure it's a good fit for us. Highly highly reccomend this place, and am very sad to be leaving !!!!!
Very nice provider. Healthy atmosphere & large play area.my daughter love to stay @ little star childdaycare. I recommend this one.
I have taken my boys here for a few years and the staff is great. They have always treated them like family and know their habits and personalities as well as we do. The owners just did some renovations over the summer and the layout looks much better. My boys love their big outside play area also, much bigger than our yard, and my older one some times doesn't even want to leave when we come to pick him up.
"Absolutely horrible" are words that would accurately describe Thersa Sanders and Elaina Coley.. who happen to be owner and director. As someone stated I'm another review, this daycare is definitely a wolf in sheep's clothing. The building is beautiful, even the head teachers are good at what they do. The problem is the owner and her " I run the world" mentality, yes you have the right to run your business as you want, but you do not have the right to disrespect or belittle almost every person who walks through your doors. I am writing this review from a parent (first) and former employees standpoint and I will leave it at this...if you would like to be treated with respect, and not fed the sugar coated side of everything..do not take your children here, nor attempt employment. The business is a revolving door of babies and employees because no one can deal with the evil, manipulative Sanders. "Very unethical"
