Since June30, I have been waiting for my phone to work properly. Not a single person at boost can diagnose the problem. Sprint has even tried! Yet I still can’t get a new phone ora refund. Shop elsewhere! #boostsux
Unfortunately my experience, been very disappointing. Changing my daughter lens rear camera Galaxy S7 , is the most unprofessional work I've seen in years, the technician never turn off the phone to work with the device, even when heat is applied to remove the lens damaged, for this work a sticker double-side is always required to paste the new lens, the technician used adhesive double-sided tape, there is obviously a good chance that you can get moisture due to a bad seal, then apply excess heat that made all lens be deformed , now because of this deformation the rear camera does not focus. Do not bother even to claim the bad job, because obviously makes no sense to do it with someone so unprofesional. I just want to leave my experience. I'll upload pictures to prove my experience.

Beware reps work on commission and miss lead you. Upgraded to new iPhone 6 $200 with 2yr contract and received edge program. Rep charged me for $200 in accessories to look like phone purchase to get he commission. In end I never signed either contract according to 611 Verizon. When I got bill I only notice cause had a $90 tax charge for phone die to edge program. I did receive $200 in accessories but rep told me they were free with 2 yr contract upgrade that I thought I was receiving. BEWARE!
