I got a call from Tami and she asked me to come down to their office to meet her. The office was in a run down dump area of the city with no clear signs to even identify their agency from the road. The office was small and looked more like a front. I met with her and she told me I would hear from her or the client based on my extensive resume having 20+ years IT experience two degrees and working on my MBA. Well I never heard back from her. She failed to respond to my emails, phone calls or even the message I sent through the company website. Professional...I think not. I found it to be a big waste of my time and gas. I would not ever recommend their agency unless you are looking for minimum wage jobs then maybe you may hear from them. More like a bottom feeder operation.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here! They were very professional and all greeted me with smiles. They worked hard to find me a placement and since then I have recommended a few people to them. I am very grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a job placement.
It ok no more to say..I'm a person of few words...It's really ok not the best it's just ok overall..
I have recommended several people to Lucrative because they are down to earth and work hard to find you placement. Everyone I have recommended has had very positive interactions and results. If you are looking for employment, hit them up asap
I found LS to be the most professional staffing agency I've gone to in years. I started proceedures for a placement right away and began working within 2 days. The staff is professional and the owner is very "down to earth" (well dressed too). I have recommended my family members and others. It was worth my time! Dmack
Lucrative staffing has great jobs and representatives that care about there employees. I've never had a problem with communication and they definitely understand s your point of veiw
They're all sweet as pie until they get all of your info & then NOTHING! I spoke on the phone with them, got an appt to vome in right away. Did my prove it testing.... And my recruiter NEVER called me again! I tried to call in avail like with other agencies & they won't even take it. You have to speak to your recruiter. Mine was never avail again once she got my info.
this was the worst Staffing agency i have ever been too. they are so unprofessional and the workers are just crabby and mean. they are so unorganized i don't even see how this business can function with such untrained staff and owner!!
If you want to feel like you are cared about and not just another person, this is not a place to go. I have never dealt with an employment agency because I have work all of my adult life. I am in between jobs so I thought "let me give it a try." Labor Ready had a location that was not too far from where I live so I tried them first. I call the the branch to find out what I need to bring when I go there. I told the person I was going to head over to the branch and he stop me midway through my sentence and asked "for what?" . I was taken aback and also confused because why else would a person stop by an employment agency. So I said " I am looking for employment" He quickly rattled off that I needed to bring apply at a certain time and here were the days. I began to say I wanted to ask him some questions. He told me that he needed to put me on hold without ask if it was ok. I waited on until I heard a dial tone. He hung up on me. I call back to let him know that it was my first time dealing with an employment agency and he was extremely unprofessional. I ask for his supervisor's number and called him. When I call i was greeted by a a lady who seemed nice. I explained the what had happened and seem very apologetic. She explained the process and ask if I wanted to go to the branch I call prior. I said no I would rather go to her branch. I got to her branch the next day at 9am which I thought was the time she told me to come. I misunderstood the time was 9:30am. The person told me to wait or come back so I decided to come back. I got there at 9:25 and waited I saw the person who was suppose to help me walk in. The lady at the desk told her that I was waiting for her. She never said good morning or acknowledge that I was there. Even the supervisor I spoke to the day before never acknowledge me. I knew he was the supervisor because they said his name. I waited 15 minutes and decided I am not going to do business with this organization. I realized that the unprofessionalism is a culture of the organization. I found it sad there was a lack of customer service. Do waste your time. I would give them zero stars but the system won't let me.
This is a great employment agency to use. I was very please with all the hard work they did to find me a job within a week! I was very satisfy with their services.
