Absolutely terrible experience to say I have never dealt with anything so problematic before. On September 11th 2017 I was on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo and I have to Stanley Steemer van that was at a red light if they do in West Seneca New York. He pointed to a cell phone to tell me that he was talking on it and when the light turned green he gave me the middle finger. So talking on a cell phone is already unsafe enough and breaking the law and giving me the middle finger was very disrespectful I only wanted to give them business. I then called the office and talk to a guy named Allen. I gave him two phone numbers on an address and I was told that the next day they would be to my home between 11 and 3. Soon it was 4 pm. I called and asked where they were and they said that they tried calling both phone numbers and came to my address and someone told them that no work was needed and that they have the wrong info. I come to find out that they had the wrong phone numbers that they entered incorrectly and the wrong address missed by a number. I took off of work so that they would come and I get penalized because they enter the wrong information all's I could told is "were sorry". Customer relations just told me that since it's a franchise there's nothing they can do. I feel like showing them in a court. Since I took off of work I missed out of a $150 payday. They ought to compensate me the money I took off and do my carpets complimentary. They do not offer any Fair resolution at all and even admit that they enter the information wrong. This is been the worst experience so far I've ever dealt with a company. I get flipped off and missed time from work. Still my carpets are dirty and they don't want to give me a fair resolution. Im Done!!! I will be avoiding!

Purchased a groupon for their service even though they did come and hour and a half late. They came the day they were suppose too. I set up the appointment online like I was instructed. The man who came was knowledgeable and efficient. I will say he did not put coverings over his boots even though he didn't walk where he had already cleaned I thought this was odd/unprofessional. However, the carpets also look great and it was only $35 for three rooms. I feel like this was definitely worth every penny. FYI - one of the carpets is very light and he removed all stains looks wonderful.
The workers showed up on time and were courteous. I have no problem with the service itself, the billing has been a nightmare. First they forget to bill our business, then they get the name wrong, then they send us a scan of some crumpled document that's supposed to be an invoice (it had no dollar amount or remit payment to information!). It's been over two months since they performed the service and they STILL haven't corrected our business name. It's frustrating to have to leap through hoops just to give someone money. We WANT to pay them and they're making it laughably impossible.
ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. USELESS COMPANY WITHOUT ANY HONOR OR CONSIDERATION FOR A CUSTOMER'S TIME. TRULY THE WORST COMPANY WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Three times we scheduled appointments with them and they never appeared. Several times throughout those days we were told they were on their way. Some of the very creative lines we heard were 1) the high pressure hose blew out and they were sending another truck from Lockport 2) "we'll be there in an hour" and several hours and several phone calls from us went without an arrival or answer and finally 3) "we'll be there first thing in the morning" and when we called at 10:30am that day they continued to state they would be there "first thing" (what time zone are we working in?). Finally, they hung up on us in mid-conversation when they continued to state they were still coming when it was 6pm at night. Definitely a fly-by-night operation and have earned the worst review ever. If I could spit in a review, this would be it. This really is a zero rating but the system requires some entry to log it.
I would give them a big fat 0 if that were an option. Rude, made multiple promises to show up, and no showed multiple times. We moved furniture, took time off work (two days), and were told multiple times they were "on their way"...never came. Then they had the audacity to yell at us. Never, never use this company. Check out Better Business Bureau - 31 complaints to date, company doesn't respond to BBB and they have an F rating. All telling in my opinion! They need to find a new career!
