Terrible experience. I gave a one star rating however if I was able to give a zero I would have. Jim the owner comes across as a very charismatic and accommodating business person which is only a front to make you feel comfortable to make a purchase and take your money. It’s after the sale is closed when his unprofessionalism and unethical business practices are recognized. Don’t waste your time to visit this store, go to one of the other National retail chains where the level of customer care and service far exceeds that of Chairs &Tables

My experience has been awful. Ordered four bar stools in November 2016. I've gotten nothing but the run around. Its now June 2017 and I've requested a refund 2 months ago and I haven't got it yet.
I love my furniture! Staff is very friendly during initial visit and when you make timely payments. If circumstances arise where you cannot make timely payments they become harassing. They call your references before they call you, (leave unprofessional messages), they do not use a salutation and slam the receiver down on your voicemail. When making payment arrangements they loose track of them, please do everything in writing and get copies. Keep all receipts and copy them, it is not unusual for a payment to become "missing." Management will talk down to you and threaten to take your furniture back... even with four or five payments left on your merchandise. After such an horrible arrangement is ended and you've paid off your merchandise, they will not leave you alone. You will receive mailings requesting you enter into a new lease agreement, sometimes three in a 30 day span. Management and staff seem to be decent people but lack skills in professionalism, proper greetings, and common courtesy. Delivery men are great!
Love the stools ... Have a great selection. Look great and well made . Will be back for two more.
bought my third set from them. First set lasted 20 years and just gave to my daughter for college. i try to go to the local businesses. great experience again.
I purchased a table and four chairs, I got it home and noticed a huge gouge in the top of the table once i unwrapped it. I called and they told me to buy a touch up kit. A week or two later I noticed the leg of my chair was loose, I went to tighten it and realized it was broken and couldn't be tightened. I brought the chair back and asked for them to swap it out. I was assured that wouldn't be a problem and I would get a response within the week. That was nearly 6 months ago. I stopped in twice and twice they assured me they would get back to me and as of this posting I have heard nothing. exceptionally poor customer service.
