I went to the enterprise in Williamsville on transit Road think it's 6691 Transit Rd. not sure however Jeames was my sales rep and he was highly professional and very friendly I received my rental in a very timely manner and I will be returning to enterprise again
The woman who waited on me was nice enough, just used the F word alot. Not a great impression of the company. Also, the Express pass did not work, which caused me to go through a toll illegally. I called express pass and they said that unit had been reported missing or stolen, so it would not work. This was a huge inconvienience.
I have rented from this location several times and the service is great. Some of the staff has changed in the past few years, but everyone is always very helpful, friendly and efficient. I don't think I have ever spent more than 10 minutes to pick-up or return a car. They always find my reservation right away (unlike at other locations!) and they always have at least two cars for me to choose from, as opposed to just giving me one. I used to live around the corner from this location, which is why I first rented from them. I recently moved across town and am actually less than 5 minutes from another Enterprise, as well as a Budget. After shoddy service at those places, I truly do not mind going the extra 15 minutes to get to this Delaware Avenue location. The service is fantastic and I always feel valued and welcomed as a customer.
HORRIBLE! I'm an executive member and I left a pair of shoes in the backseat of my rental on 10-12-16 & NO ONE has returned any of my calls or emails and I call multiple times daily!! I finally spoke with Abdul yesterday at this location and he was rude and the manager still didn't call me back!
My encounter with Enterprise was one of the highlights of the trip. I have been coming here for years, and just about every time, they have treated me as if I were a VIP. This recent visit was no exception. I would heartily recommend this branch at any time. Of course, they're going to get overwhelmed at times of high volume. But I believe they have demonstrated a consistent standard of excellence. And I say this in all sincerity.
First time in a long time I was bullied by the counter person to add their insurance. This person wss extremely rude throughout the entire Rental process and then charges ended up being more than what was quoted on reservation. When I pointed this out the guy said that there was nothing he could do about it that I had to pay it or not Rent the car. Since I frequently Rent cars I was very upset that this person's rudeness started a special family event off on a sour note. Then I was given a smaller SUV than then was rented and was told that's all they had available. Several other Rental options at the Buffalo airport. Will not be using Enterprise next time.
i stood at the counter for 10 minutes and when I finally said hello the person came out and said "yeah what's up you here for a rental"......unprofessional then when I got to the car the attendant down in the parking garage stated just a minute and went to the person that arrived after me and took care of them my car was clearly in the front and they pulled this car around and took care of them, so I stood there another 12 minutes waiting..........Y.........never experienced this kind of service with enterprise or that situation
terrible, terrible. Landed at Buffalo airport. went to Enterprise desk. Was told I needed to go just a mile to Genesee St. to pick up my car. No courtesy ride. Had to pay eight dollars plus two dollar tip for cab!!!!!! Got to location at 10:45 AM. There were 10 (TEN) ahead of me. They close at NOON. Was there until 12:15 PM even though I reserved my car. Was told there were no cars and they gave me a van which I didn't order and I didn't want. Returned the car and I was told to call a cab to return to the airport. My car was about twenty dollars a day and cab fare was to be just as much.. Very, Very unsatisfied..Al Joseph web site: www.wegetconfessions
When we dropped of the car when we left Buffalo it was early and they were still closed. Once in the airport we realized we forgot my sons animal neck pillow for the flight. I called once they opened and explained that to agent. He said hold on.....7 seconds later he said nope we didn't find anything in the Charger downstairs. Guess Enterprise only has 1 Dodge Charger in its fleet because they never asked my name only what car I had. So then the guy says let me check lost and found and we'll call you back either way and let you know. So 3 days later I called again because I had no call back and had to leave a message on the "general mail box". Left all my details AGAIN and still no call back AGAIN!!. We had family still there and they could of picked up the pillow when they flew out. I guess as a customer I know what kind of customer service to receive from Enterprise so I will look elsewhere next time. Everyone has the same cars, it's the customer service that makes the difference!
Great staff amazing, attentive and polite. Need to up the selection for Executive Elite members, maybe ask which car they want.
