I was treated with respect.I visited there before and receive the same Serivce.I will return to Quest in the future
i GOT LUCKY AND WENT IN WHEN THERE WAS NO PATIENT WAITING. WHEN I CAME OUT THE WAITING ROOM WAS VERY POPULATED. THE PHLEBOTOMIST WAS VERY GOOD AND GOT MY VEIN ON THE FIRST TRY FOR A NUMEROUS DRAW. IMPRESSIVE SKILLED, AND KIND.
Lack of professionalism is apparent as soon as you walk into this office. Patients who have made an appt are not given any preference per those who just walk in so I was forced to wait for the 8 pts to be seen sitting in the waiting room before me even though I had an appt and came on time. Hipaa is nonexistent and the only employee in the office stormed off and slammed a door behind her to yell on the phone to someone. Definitely wont be a repeat patient here.
The people who work here a very good at their job, professional and nice. The services are completed in a good timely manner. The place is always clean.
These people used to be so incredibly awful, when they were over by Hertel and Delaware---patients were generally terrified of them. And that facility was filthy, I sneezed for an hour every time I went there. I don't know if these new people are stupid as the above review implies clearly, but I'll take stupid over hostile, angry, agressive, oh man they were really bad before they opened at this new location. This present crew has always been nice and professional with me.
The people who work at this Quest lab were rude and ignorant. They have a policy to take appointments within 10 minutes of their appointed time. That's a good policy. They have a policy to take walk ins in the order they walk in. That's a good policy. But - here's my story. This is why the people who work their are imbecilesI made an appointment for 11:00AM. I happened to be close at 8:30 AM so I walked in. Cool - there were onlt 3 people in the waiting room. I signed in and started waiting. After every one in the waiting room was in and out and I was still waiting -45 minutes later, I got up to see how long it would be until they took care of me. The girl said "do you have an appointment?" Yes I said - at 11:00 - but I WALKED IN at 8:30 - Treat me like a Walk In.. "Our policy is to take people within 10 minutes of their appointment" she said. You were going to let me sit here and wait for 2 more hours until my appointment? "Well that's our policy" she said. I tried to explain that they should take me like any walk in but to no avail - You tell me. Is that ridiculous ? Is it any wonder that I got very upset ? Are these people (several other workers joined the girl because I was definitely making a ruckus by then.) Quest - please talk to your employees about common sense. I know they are only like trained dogs as far as you are concerned but really!!!! Train them to think just a little bit more.
