Called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist forwards me to the nurse, who then forwards me back to the receptionist because she's not responsible for booking. I finally get an appointment scheduled only to receive a message two days later that they've double booked me and had to reschedule. The next day I receive another call because they've double booked me AGAIN and need to reschedule. I tell them that I cannot wait another week, so they offer to send me to their Kensington location so that I would not have to wait. I get to my appointment only to find that they can't see me because they haven't received my lab report from my previous provider. I tell them I also have the report in my email, the receptionist says it cant be emailed but has to be faxed. One of the doctors comes out and says that it doesnt have to be faxed but that I can print it out and bring it in. I personally fax over my report, because I don't have time to make an additional trip to drop off a lab report, and am told that they can't check to see if they received it until it shows up in their system and to "call back later". Who knows how many times I'll have to call before someone can tell me they've received my information. Overall this place has shown that they are disorganized and that the receptionists lack the knowledge and experience to provide quality service. I will DEFINITELY be looking into a different provider because this one no longer has my trust.
