I recently was in for a oil change on my 2015 Tahoe.It cost me half the price I paid at valvoline instant oil change. While I was there I mentioned to Christina the service writer that I was concerned about some pitting on my aluminum rims, she had Chuck Briggs the service manager look at them. He was able to get 4 new rims for me covered under warranty. Over $2500.00 worth of rims. This is unbelievably awesome service I have never received any where else. I will go back to this dealership, no question.

I have bought many vehicles here. They excel in taking your money. Service almost always fixes the vehicle right the first time. If you get service the day of appointment. They expect great reviews without the effort to earn one. Used sales are over priced and upside down. Much like the new. However, you can always expect a roll over if you owe on a trade, with a very low ball offer. All an all. Paddock is better than most dealers. But remember- They are still the master of taking your money. So with all dealers. As well as Paddoct. BUYER BEWARE!
I recently purchased a CPO 2014 Lexus RX350 via the internet and have been truly impressed by the professionalism and individual attention provided by your sales team. The RX350 is the 6th Lexus vehicle I have purchased since 1995 with this experience being without a doubt my best. The communication from first contact through overseeing the loading of my Lexus for shipment back to Wisconsin has been exemplary. Northtown Lexus truly provides value for customers seeking to purchase a quality vehicle at a reasonable price.I want to particularly recognize Dan Cartier, my sales consultant as Dan was the key person to my positive purchasing experience. Dan is an asset to the Northtown Lexus organization, he managed the unique processes of the wire transfer of funds and the several issues I encountered with obtaining an automobile shipper. Overall my experience with Northtown Lexus has, in my mind, set an impeccable standard that embodies the Lexus product.
Poor beyond stupidity customer service dumb & dumber sitting at front desk has no clue or social skills v rude plus wrong diagnosis waste time & money ���� kept my car all day for wrong diagnosis found out later at different place just bad fuse lol one hour ! They don't deserve to carry the Chevy logo ! Again 2 dumbest ppl I ever see in my life sit at front desk lost $$$$$ and time
***WARNING: I will again reiterate.....DO NOT go to Transit Towne Dodge for any thing....service or purchasing new or used vehicles....they are useless crooks who will screw over anyone. This is pretty much the same for the other Transit Town dealerships as well, from what I've been told.***_________________________________________________________________WARNING: If your are considering buying a new or used vehicle, do NOT patronize Transit Towne Dodge....the sales people are truly unknowledgeable as well as the pieces of crap in the service area. I took my vehicle in for a recall on the high-pressure power steering hose. The vehicle sat untouched for over a week because the incompetent fools in the service dept. never ordered the part when promised. When I finally got the car back, the hood was improperly closed because the morons forgot to put the air cleaner housing back properly. On my way home, the car began running very poorly and wanted to stall (the "service" light came on).....I had no choice to take it home because it was later on a Saturday afternoon. Upon getting it home, I checked it with the OBDII scanner and it was a code for the EGR. I then discovered that the piece of s**t mechanic never hooked the EGR system back up (wires & lines were left unplugged & un-mounted). The next day I discovered a puddle under the car and found that while they were installing the high-pressure hose, they broke one of the small metal lines on the rack & pinion. On that Monday, I called Transit Town and they had me bring it back to them. They put it on the lift and then told me that the mechanic who did the work didn't break the line. They absolutely did break it as it was right near where the other line connected (probably a wrench hit it while removing the old hose). So, they said I could spend about $1300 to have a new rack & pinion installed or I was out of luck. So I left with a car that was worse than when it was brought in in the first place. The parts manager & the service manager were actually very rude. I will NEVER do business with them ever again and will do my best to educate people about never doing business with them either. I even called back the Dodge Recall Hotline and explained to them what happened. They tried to get a hold of Transit Towne and they refused to answer the phone. The recall center told me that they would be black-listed in their dealer books. Bottom line is I was f**ked and I didn't enjoy it. I also know of some people who bought cars from them over the years and had lots of other problems with them. Unfortunately for me, it was too late when I found this out. Don't make the same mistakes....Stay away from them.....they are crooks!!! P.S.--I would recommend staying away from all the Transit Towne dealers as I have since heard that they pretty much function the same way. Customer service is non-existent. They scam & cheat their customers anyway they can!!! The BBB has a lot of complaints arising from the Transit Towne dealerships! Their ads say "Trust Transit Towne" .................What they actually mean is: Don't Trust Transit Towne!
Unreal - bought out a lease with less than $5,000 balance and charged me over $16,000, plus paid the leasing bank that much. Well worth over $5,000 was a 2014 model which I could have kept or sold for a profit. Everything was rushed and not explained (who has questions when nothing is explained?) and now no return phone calls or email. Will file with Better Business Bureau and the State Comptroller's Office.
I took my vehicle here for collision repair since it's where I purchased it. The rear quarter panel, bumper cover, and tail light had been damaged. They were able to straighten the quarter panel beyond my expectations but upon closer inspection, you could still tell that the vehicle had been in an accident. They repainted the bumper cover but neglected to replace it even though several of the mounting tabs had been broken. The bumper cover also no longer followed the body lines of the repaired quarter panel and was noticeably different than the untouched side. The grinding around the tail light had failed to have been feathered in for a smooth appearance. The underside of the wheel well was cracked which I believe happened during the repairs since it had been repainted yet the insulation poking out had not been. The replacement taillight did not seat properly and the tail gate would hit it when closing. Three unacceptable return visits yielded similar dissatisfaction.
It's a small but very busy dealership that knows how to treat customers. I had a great buying experience and am very pleased with my purchase.
They ripped me off on buying a new car added hidden feed that I wasn't aware of. Then they ripped me off on my trade in. The service department is very rude and unprofessional. Had a problem and the service manager said if I don't like how they do Business to not come there anymore and also said he never wants to see me in his shop again.
Unsatisfied - Minimal Service from the Service Department. Being in the military for 20 plus years, I know a thing or two about service. When I came into Dave Smith Ford Dealership for my 90,000 mile service. I felt the Service Department staff member was a little rough around the edges but was quick and effective in getting my vehicle onto the service line… I am thinking, Great, they are not wasting my time!The only concern I had was that the 90K service did not come standard with a Spark Plug replacement with the servicing, but cost an additional $133 more. In addition to that, I did not realize a coolant system flush/exchange was not include either… Ok, but I can work around that replacement myself. I have been to many Ford Dealerships around the country and the bottom line is Dave Smith Ford lacks Commitment to Service. Maybe another Ford Dealership in the area would have been better. --------------No Resolution - I just spoke with Alison Smith (Internet Sales Department) to see about fixing this concern. The bottom line was she was unhelpful. ---------------Now after paying the $400 bill, the Dave Smith Ford Dealership offer to wash my vehicle for Free... Sorry, I would not even trust them washing my car. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated right.
