We went to the "#1" Chevy dealer in Buffalo, and was having a very hard time getting anyone to talk straight to me. I had in mind what I wanted to pay for my new truck, and what I wanted for my trade. I had been to several dealerships and they had all offered me about the same for my trade. This #1 dealership kept on playing games. They had the truck that I wanted and I know I have great credit, but the kept on trying to play with the interest rate, and include a extended warrenty. NO one would give me a straight answer as to what the payment would be. It got to a point where I walked out of the dealership. The #1 dealer called my back the next day and brought me back in for more of the same. I was fed up and ready to go look at another brand all together. I jumped on line and pulled up car dealers on here, and found Keller Chevrolet. LET ME TELL YOU... WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I spoke with my sales person over the phone explained what happened, and he said "No problem sir, we will get everything taken care of for you" I thought "yeah, right" but decided to give Keller a try. We set a appointment and when my wife and I got there our sales person Matt had the truck that I wanted up front gased up and ready to go. He handed my keys to one of the other sales guys so the manager could look at our trade while we were on a test drive. When we got back Dean Jackson came out and told us that Matt had informed him of what had happened at the other dealership and assured us that they would take care of everything. Take care of everything is just what they did! They gave me 500 more for my trade than any other dealership had offered, and gave me the price I was asking for with out a fight.
