AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I'd give them Negative stars if I could. I can't believe they are still in business.
I spent a lot of money for (what I thought) was going to be a beautiful planter for my Grandmother’s Birthday.
Approximately a day after the flowers were delivered, my Grandmother informed me that the flowers were wilted and the foliage falling off of the plant. I was so embarrassed and humiliated since the planter being sent should have lasted months!!! After the dreadful news from my Grandma, I called Woyshner’s and explained the situation, they accused my grandmother of having it by the heat, which she didn’t. They sent an employee to pick the planter up so they could ‘fix’ it. They redelivered the ‘fixed’ planter, which was not as full as the day before, and the same exact thing happened by morning so my Grandfather took the planter to the store and was greeted by a very unprofessional man who barked ‘heat’ was the cause and walked away.
I called and asked for a refund and the man became defensive, argumentative, and called my Grandfather arrogant. Then, they told me they could not give me a refund because that would be "ripping off the" Florist who sent the flowers. So, I asked, "You would rather "rip off" the customer instead?" YES...they would! When I told him my family will never do business with them again, he couldn’t have cared less, he said “That’s fine, thank you, and have a nice day” and hung up.
There are way too many reputable Florists to use.
Woyshner’s is NOT worth it. STAY AWAY.
They make their money by ripping people off …they do not care about repeat customers at all.
Avoid this place like the plague.
P.S. Woyshner’s website claims they are an Accredited Business by BBB. When I checked the BBB site it states they are NOT ACCREDITED!!!

We orderded flowers for my mother in laws memorial. They never showed up and when I called - the guy couldn't care less and said there was no order in the computer BUT he just happened to have an account for my wife who ordered the flowers. How did he have an account if no order was placed?! Didn't even apologize - attitude was more like - we must not have placed the order.

I ordered my wedding flowers from here and was extremely upset with what was delivered on the day of. I found a photo on their website of what I wanted but the pictures on their website are not actually made by them but they ensured me my bouquet would look like it... when I got it it did not look like it. I was extremely disappointed with my flowers. The bouquets wilted while we were taking pictures and only look good in like half of them because they died so quickly.
