Toscana Salon & DaySpa - Williamsv

This is not a spa. My husband got me an expensive massage and pedicure and it did not feel like a spa experience, it felt like a regular Asian place you get your nails done. There's no shower where you can feel relaxed in a robe and pamper yourself with nice lotion or soap. At least Excuria has that experience whenever you purchase a treatment. Prices are high, experience is nothing special.

Received a certificate as a holiday gift. Since this is not my "usual" place, I wasn't sure what to expect. In all honesty, I'll never go to Toscana again.

The two stars I have awarded are for ease in scheduling an appointment, pleasant decor of the facility, and for cleanliness.

As I walked in the door, I was greeted by my pedicure tech who promptly showed me the selection of polishes on the main counter....to purchase. Wow....a sales pitch within one minute of entering the salon - that has to be a record. The selection of polishes they offered that were not for purchase was quite limited, and had a difficult time finding a seasonally appropriate color...bright pink shouldn't be hard to come by in the summer months, right? Good thing I brought my own...

I was shown to the pedicure area and asked if I wanted coffee, tea or water. I chose water and that's exactly what I got....a small glass of tepid tap water...no ice, no lemon/fruit...just tap water. At the very least, just have a mini fridge with cold mini bottles...no one expects the fruit, but if you're trying to portray a high-end spa feel, room-temp tap water isn't going to get you there.

I was hoping for a relaxing spa pedicure, but that wasn't the case. The room was quite trafficked, and the tech was extremely chatty. Odd lighting as well, as bulbs were out in the corner where I was seated and the tech seemed to have a difficult time seeing my toes when it came to applying polish. Perhaps that is why I had to "tidy" the finished result myself. When I inquired about the lighting, she replied that it had been out for some time, the management knew about it but "no one's gotten around to it".

When I divulged in conversation to the tech that I had circulation issues, she took this opportunity to launch another sales pitch for a line of lotions and creams they carry that are for circulation. No, no they are not. I'm under a doctor's care, and in reviewing the pamphlet she insisted I take, this stuff is not made to treat medical conditions. Just another sales pitch :(

Did I have an awful experience? No. Was it completely enjoyable? Not really. Do my feet look nice? Yes. Will I go there again or recommend to a friend? Likely not. There are a bounty of other wonderful spa/salons in the area to choose from!

Worst salon ever. Spent over $1,000 maintaining my blonde hair. Had problems with the salon I had been going to so I tried Toscana. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE. Turned my entire head PINK. Applied 6 toners and extra foils only to reveal PINK HAIR. Spent over 9 hours in 2 days at this salon. Left with dark brown hair on only half of my head since I initially went in for a partial highlight and the owned told her "top stylist" she would only dye that half. To top it all off, they tried charging me $100 for hair products to bring my hair back to a decent health since the 6 toners that served no purpose completely fried my hair.



After going out of my way to make sure my experience was heard, I realized the reviews on yelp are the exact same as Google. Perfect proof that the owner is writing her own reviews.



DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN YOUR MONEY. AND DON'T PUT YOUR HAIR AT RISK. THIS HAPPENED 2 MONTHS AGO AND I STILL TELL EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE IN HOPE THAT IT DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE!

My cousin and I had been looking for a new salon to go to since we moved here. We both have particular hair colors and styles each having certain issues most stylists have not been able to handle very well.

I made an appointment for a cut and correction color with Kathy and she was able to fit me in the very next day! It worked out perfect for me seeing as I only have one day off a week. She even said she could fit my cousin in for her color while my blonde was processing. Very convenient!



The salon itself is extremely adorable! It has a relaxed, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable the entire time you're there!



Kathy is absolutely amazing as well! She is well-spoken, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She knows what she is doing and listens to what you want. She does what you want, not what she wants. She has you leave feeling wonderful and very happy with the result, which she styles in a realistic manner. She does a style that fits in your life and is something that you can do yourself if your not an experienced hair stylist like she is.



I will refer people to Toscana Salon from now on. They have gained two loyal and excited clients!

Love the friendly staff and the service. Fruit shakes and clean linens add to this a wonderful experience. I always feel better about myself when I leave this place. I've been to other spas before and i can say that this is one of the best. Great experience I go here all the time recommended for sure!

I hate buying gifts for women because I never know what to get them. I finally smarten up and thought, what women wouldn't love to get a massage. I found Toscana Salon and Day Spa, and this place is fantastic. They are so nice and friendly every time I go in. I feel so relaxed just walking in. I decided I wanted to see why everyone loves massages, so i decided to get one myself, when I was done I felt so amazing, I didn't want to leave. Now I know the perfect gift for a woman and myself.

For my girlfriends birthday I got her and I a spa package to do together. The staff was great trying to cater to how I wanted the day to go for her. The masseuses work magic with their hands. Our nails and hair look great as well. She enjoyed herself so much and thank you for all that you helped with.

My sister and I had an all afternoon spa day at Toscana Salon and Day Spa. We had massages, manicures and pedicures and got new hairstyles. We love this place. The staff is so nice and friendly and listen to what we wanted. We felt so relaxed when we left. It was amazing. Thank you so much.

I think this is most likely the best facial experience I've had. Every part of it was wonderful. I was immediately put in a place of serenity and tranquility upon entering the wait room, and I was put at ease upon meeting Brandy since she's super sweet and new exactly what facial treatment my skin needed. I left feeling rejuvenated and am still pleased with the way my skin looks and feels after my session with her. Love Toscana Salon and Day Spa.

This is the wonderful salon I get my hair done at every 6 weeks. It's a really clean beautiful salon. I really love it here. The prices are great and the stylists are even better. After my friends and family saw my hair they all started going here too!

I got my hair and make-up done here for my wedding and they made me look so beautiful I didn't know it was me! They really listened to what I wanted and it turned out exactly how I wanted it but better! The ladies here are wonderful. I definitely recommend this salon!

They gave me a new hairstyle and I absolutely adore it! It's not only sexy, but easy to manage too. Their mani/pedi's are my nails' only way to recuperate after a long week. I'm a dedicated customer for life!

All the services were awesome! I had a mani/pedi with Kathy. She was so sweet and very good! My feet feel fabulous! Brandy is an exceptional esthetician. I have had two facials with her and they were the two best facials I have ever had! Just to put things in prospective, I have been getting a facial every month for 10 years, so obviously Brandy rocks!!

Service was Great! By far the best massage I've ever had. Joelle was wonderful, personable, and had great hands and pressure. I will absolutely be coming again.
