Very poor customer service. Went to pickup an online order and waited about 10 minutes because nobody was at the front desk (it was like a ghost town). It's fine, I don't mind a small wait. However, I called the store twice while waiting to get someone up front to obtain my order and the mechanic then told me I was rude to do so. Additionally, I was told that I should've gone to the back and yelled for him... He then explained he was working on vehicles and also needs to watch over other employees. It only took roughly 20 seconds to cash me out, so it wasn't a large inconvenience for him. As a customer I expect to be treated fairly and should not be expected to go out of my way to obtain my order. This is my first time buying from Sears auto and will be my last. I have two vehicles and always buy my own parts.
