About Vincent Rondinelli Picture of Vincent Rondinelli Vincent has lived in the Western New York area for most of his life. He attended elementary school at Our Lady of Victory in Lackawanna, NY and high school at St. Francis High School in Athol Springs, NY. He went on to receive his BA from the University at Buffalo in Political Science and later earned a Master of Urban Planning degree from UB’s School of Architecture and Planning. Throughout the years Vincent has worked for several government bodies including The City of Buffalo’s Administration and Finance, The State of Colorado’s Taxation Department, and with the Mayor’s office of The City of Tonawanda. He has over 10 years of real estate sales and property management experience dealing with first time home buyers and out of town investors. Housing has been a passion his for several years. Throughout the course of his life he has experienced the “housing sector” from almost every angle. He has sold real estate to both first time home owners and out of town investors, rented properties to students, doctors, and Section 8 recipients, worked in home repair, represented clients in housing court, applied for and won grants utilizing community support, the list goes on. Understanding market trends and development impacts on neighborhoods are important skills a housing professional must have. He has demonstrated a firm grasp of such knowledge throughout the years by writing market research articles that have been published in local periodicals, assisting localities in determining the feasibility of developing in particular areas, and successfully purchasing, repairing, and selling homes at a profit.
