Olympic Family Restaurant

My Husband woke me up and asked if i wanted to get Breakfast, I said sure we showered dressed than went to Family Tree someone recommended it... We were seated quite quickly...about 5 minutes later another couple was seated...this couple was given water and coffee as they sat...My Husband and I still waiting have already decided what we wanted to eat...no one at this point has been to my table yet... Five minutes later another couple comes in gets seated and is given water and coffee and told them she will be right back... still no one has been to my table by now we have noticed and started talking about the other patrons receiving service...Still Five minutes later we waited and finally we said maybe we are still in bed and really not sitting here... i picked up a spoon hit the table to ensure i was awake as the couple next to me looked my way... After all we have been sitting for 15 minutes now... and no one walked up and said i will be right with you,would you like coffee,water No one came to the table the whole 15 minutes we sat there... We got up took our coats and started to leave... someone said who has table 5 and waitress said I do... This was a woman who never even acknowledged we were in her area as she stood there talking to her coworkers...I turned around and said well you dont any more we're going to Olympic... Upon arriving there OLYMPIC i was seated just as quickly in seconds there was coffee and a smile at my table.... FAMILY TREE if you care the date was Saturday Nov.12 2011 and it was just past 8;30 AM and it was not busy yet... So I will have to give Family Tree a 5 thumbs down in food and service... while Olympic you got a 5 thumbs up... that was the best breakfast i had in quite a long time and the service OUT STANDING thank you Cindy you are a GREAT waitress.... THE WHALLEYS.

If you are near the airport, I recommend the Olympic for lunch. They have a great selection of lunch specials, service was quick. Owner greeted us at the door like he knew us.

When you are by the airport, go to the Olympic Restaurant. I went on a friday night and had the fish fry. It was great.
