        Secretarial staff is generally polite yet overly-busy. Providers range from courteous to condescending. A real mix-up of great and horrible personalities.

        Scheduling an appointment is excruciating..the wait time for a future appointment takes several minutes. the person who picked up made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and when I told her I thought my provider wanted me for a physical in December she said they would call me..they had no openings. Attitude is everything and this is a customer service issue..since now healthcare is a business..I work and my appointments need to be after 3:30 and over vacations.

        I and my family are patients here since 2009. It was good a year ago, but the center is going down. Call waiting time is very long. Sick call return time is more than 2 hour. Waiting time for examination is more than 2 hour. Waiting time in lab for blood draw some time take more than 1 hour. Medical stuff is very friendly but patient flow is not smote.
