- Since its inception in 1974, Musso Plumbing & Heating Inc. has operated under the guiding principle that the customer always comes first. When the company first started, Mr. Musso had only one truck and a small office on Elmwood Avenue in Kenmore. At the time he opened the company, he was the youngest Master Plumber in New York. Prior to advancements in technology, he was repiping homes and digging sewers by hand. Soon, more services were added, and the company transformed from a small business into a full-service plumbing, heating, and cooling company. We also offer a number of warranties: while all of our services are backed by a 1-year warranty, we have an extended 3-year warranty for sump pumps and a 20-year warranty on anything we repair or replace for sewer lines. here's the story - 83 year old widow calls Musso and is told she needs a 3/4 pressure valve. Musso Quote's her $1,500 and requires $500 up front because it's a "special order" part.
Every competitive quote is less than half of Musso's price. Now, some might call that Buyer Beware, but I call it preying on the elderly and highly disreputable.
I needed a plumbing repair on my house in Williamsville NY. Musso Plumbing fixed everything the same day I called and were priced very fairly. I highly recommend!!!
I've dealt with a lot of plumbing companies in my day, and I can say these guys are the best plumbers in buffalo.
Never used this company but just would not recommend based on how their employees act. Driving today one of their drivers ran a red light at sheridan drive turning onto harlem cutting me off. He was laughing as he gave me the middle fingure. Very poor class for any company. Also from the other reviews they seem to like to take people for all their money.
This company will rob you blind. Spoke with Renee who is rude and totally about the money NOT the service. If you got ripped off by a company called Worry Free~ (now closed) same people! Lots of other respectable companies to chose from and my advice is to do so.
Call someone else. Very diffacult to work with after initial visit. This company is all about taking you for as much money as they can. Had to stop payment to get them to listen, then another company came and fixed a simple problem. Lesson learned...never call Musso.
this company is a rip off, be sure to get quotes from other companies they charged me and did work for a job that didnt need to be done, called another company to find out that it was a job under 200 and not 1000's. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS DO NOT TRUST THEM they only want your money.

Provided by Superpageswould not reccomend this company they are not truthful about their work. They claimed I needed 10,000 worth of work had 3 other companies come out and my problem was less then $400 to fix shop around because this company is all about how much money they can get out of you.

Provided by SuperpagesTerrible, absolutely horrible. Installed new furnace in 2009, and have had nothing but trouble. The installers new nothing about the furnace they were installing and didn't even know how to wire the thermostat. Blew 3 ciruit boards in two days because of lack of knowledge. 2 years later, and they have been out to fix the furnace on 6 differant occasions. The furnace has been removed and replaced by one from a repitable company who backs their work and products. Considering small claims court. Also, there is no 24 hours emergency service from Musso. It's falsly advertised by them though.
First would like to start off by saying that the tech that came to my house was great. Very professional. Did a great job with what needed to be done. Problem was the pricing. This company charges by the job not the hour. I had a simple fix that needed to be done, it took the tech 25 mins to finish the repair.........COST ME $299 plus tax plus a service charge just to let him walk in my door. Called another well known company, only to find out thjat it would have cost me almost half that price WITHOUT a service charge. You will over pay with this company and dont fall for the bull they give you....SHOP AROUND FIRST
