      Not so good

      I had to have a job done and I asked my usual mechanic if he could recommend Monro. He said he didn't know but heard their quote prices go up and up.

      Soon as I walked into the shop I heard this other customer saying ""$800 dollars? What happened to $200?"" Well, the same thing happened to me. The cost kept creeping up and up. ""Well...you're gonna need this too...""

      When I picked my car up I walked in to hear this woman complaining about their rudeness. I have to agree, they tend to ignore you or take other calls in the middle of waiting on you. They have a pretty obvious indifference toward their customers, they seem to follow the old model of the crusty mechanic who eschews customer relations-yet their work is usually sub par.
