Nothing but good things to say about Lia Honda Service Dept. Lourie Bruner welcomes you warmly. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. Courtesy coffee and light snacks. Once work needed is assessed by the mechanics Lourie will let you know the cost and answer any questions you have. Work is done quickly and, I believe, for a reasonable price. Have always been happy with the quality of service done by the mechanics. Only one thing missing - a complimentary car wash.

Brian Ivancie was our service tech for the extended warranty work. He was very knowledgeable of our problem with the Clarity head light and my disbelief of the replacement cost. Every tech should have his knowledge and ability to explain the issues. I'll request him again for my next service.

From the minute Otis Paris asked 'Is anyone helping you' to the time I drove out of the show room with my new car I was amazed with his knowledge of the vehicle and his friendly disposition. We just bought our first Honda ( 2019 CRV Touring) from Lia Honda, Williamsville. Our sales person was Antoine Ibrahim. Antoine demonstrated patience, kindness, attentiveness, knowledge and professionalism during the entire buying process. It was also refreshing to have a car sales person that did not pressure or play games. I would absolutely recommend Antoine as first choice when you are in the market to purchase a vehicle.
