La Nova Pizzeria

This place is the worst place,they dont take the orders properly plus they bring the order late or never; for example I called today 8/2/15 at 11:00 pm ,and order a chicken and broccoli pizza they took my order,I waited until 1:00 am 8/4/15 and the delivery guy nor the pizza never arrived.This is the worst place to order never again I will order from here.

We order all the time from La Nova and this time we had a mixup I called and the girl was rude to begin with. She handed me off to who I assume was the manager. He was the ruder than she was. When I asked for him to fix the situation he got defensive and was very unwilling to help. The situation was not resolved and he told me with no lack of attitude that if I wanted the correct sub it would be an hour. He was extremely unpleasant and I will look for another place to order from next time. Their mistake led to me being spoken to in a way I found completely disrespectful.

Mike the delivery thug or is it worth it to get verbally abused for this pizza?



No, it is not. I just had the worst experience after having La nova Pizza delivered to our office. The delivery guy, Mike, was screaming, verbally abusive and trying to use his size (over six feet tall 250+ pounds) to intimidate me, a small woman. I am sorry if it took him 20 minutes to find the office, but the receipt had the address and room number. He should have somebody read the address before leaving if he cannot read. In addition, what type of service is it to start screaming in a reception area, grab a receipt out of my hands, and refused to provide a receipt for the product delivered.



I do not care how the pizza taste. It is not worth.



Horrible experience

I absolutely love La Novas bbque chicken wings. They are THE BEST!!!

We ordered a pizza for delivery once they said about an hour it took about two hours and by the time it was at our house it was ice cold. We called to complain and see what they could do for us,they said we could bring it back if we wanted to but it would take another hour for the pizza. Well we had company over and they were leaving soon so that wasn't an option so when we asked what else they could do for us they said absolutely nothing and the girl was very rude like it was our fault.Needless to say we will never go back even if their food is ok.

The best pizza & wings in Buffalo. My only problem is that this location lacks customer service. They need to take some lessons fro the West Ferry location.
