Doug-Al Automotive Sales

Don't go. My car just "coincidentally" happened to have a strange new noise in the front end, a malfunctioning light in my dashboard display, and a "check anti-freeze" light immediately after having service done at Doug-Al. Funny, the receipt for service claimed to have included a check of all fluids. No telling what else they screwed up while they had my car in the shop.

Amazing! One of the best parts of our wedding day was the Rolls Royce we rented from Doug and Al! They were professional, friendly and courteous . Al really went out of his way to make sure our day went smoothly and that we had a great experience! We were so impressed and told everyone how renting this car from Doug and Al enhanced our special day! Anyone thinking of an alternative to the standard limo-give them a call!!!

BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased a BMW from Doug-Al Automotive back in 2008. After about a month, I started to notice issues with the car which had not been disclosed prior to sale (ranging from minor fixes to MAJOR engine and structural work).

Now, two and a half years of headaches and madness trying to diagnose and repair the *multiple* recurrent problems with the vehicle, I'm throwing in the towel and trading it in (I won't pass this piece of sh*t onto another unsuspecting owner). I'm out $4,000 of additional work that was put into it, but that's the price I have to pay for jumping on what appeared to be a 'good value'.

Great business! Quality service that goes way beyond expectations, very thorough and efficient. You pay for what you get at this service shop!
