Business Description
Burlington Coat Factory was established in 1924 for the purpose of wholesale sales of ladies coats and junior suits. In 1972, the company opened its first outlet store in Burlington, N.J. Coats were the primary offering, but over time the concept evolved into a one-stop shopping experience. Extensive selections of men's and women's suits, sportswear, shoes and accessories developed followed by baby and youth departments. A linens department was added in 1987. Burlington Coat Factory, through strategic purchasing, has always been able to offer customers some of the latest in designer clothing, shoes, accessories, baby products and home furnishings. The company is a national department store retail chain that offers current, high-quality designer merchandise at prices up to 60 percent below those at other department stores. More than 350 stores can be found in nearly 45 states nationwide. Burlington Coat Factory maintains a location in Buffalo, N.Y.

Overall
no refunds

i bought some sandals and never used them. i went to return them for store credit and i had my receipt but they still gave me the lowest sale price. when i asked why i lost out on $5 the girl said thats just policy. they dont give a refund for anything you buy so make sure you really want it or else your stuck with it. in this economy thats just bad service.
