Both employees were moving like molasses... younger girl had bad attitude giving customer a hard time on how he wanted two different subs

Disgusted with the service. The "MANAGER" or assistant manager Danielle shouldnt even have a job. She got mad because I had 3 coupons (said I can only use 2). Long story short wouldn't let anyone take my order after I already started to pay for it. Literally threw my money back at me after taking it from her employee, I'm sure coorporate can look at the video. There's more to the story but I went to a different bk & they said it was a minimum of THREE coupons & took my order with no problem.
Been a Teds customer for over 40 years. Been all over the country and there is nothing better. Thank you for the great service and quality.
Overcharged, food over cooked
Absolutely HORRIBLE morning service. Why are there 2 drive throughs??? Both are not used. The morning staff is discourteous, incompetent and downright nasty. I have complained officially 3 times with absolutely NO SATISFACTION... not even an explanation nor apology. I WILL NEVER GO BACK... I am afraid they will taint my food as has been implied. JUST AWEFUL... BEWARE!!!
I gave the cashier a coupon. She said the coupon was no-good. It expired but I double checked and it was still good. For a good 5 minutes, I was trying to figure out what she was saying or why the coupon was not valid... then finally she said she was kidding. Not funny.
