Most traditional Greek restaurant in western New York
Worst experience of my life! Took 39 minutes to get our order taken and another 50 to get our wings. Then the table across from us had 5 kids who insisted on laughing and yelling at tv-waitress said was not able to ask them to keep quiet. We attempted to leave but was told we would be “compensated” for our hour long wait and wings were on way out. After another 10 minutes we ate-bill never reflected any compensation and I was glad to leave and will never be back. Poor service-the waitresses were lazy and too busy talking to even check on there patrons! Will never return!
I ordered stuffed hot peppers had hair in my food also ordered pasta vodka that also had hair the one waitress tried to show me a rag they use to wipe the plates with and that it came from that but the rag was WHITE and the hair was BLACK she then brought out 2 different seasonings they use OREGANO and parcely trying to justify that the little pieces can look like hair because of the sticks. I’m pretty sure I know the difference between a stick and a piece of hair. Also there was a waiter walking around with a huge HICKEY on his neck that was visible from a mile away not to mention seeing 2 bus boys with their pants half pass their ASS! DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING BACK THERE TO EAT! All I got for my inconvenience was 3 cannolis and a $93.00 bill
One of my friends recommended this restaurant. I really enjoyed atmosphere and food. This is very nice and reasonable place. :)
My son and I ate there twice, the food is so good, although the waitress we had was very rude, she asked if we wanted a drink and we said that we just wanted ice water, she gave us a kind of duty look. I told my son she probably thinks that we are cheep and not going to tip her. She would come and pick up our empty plates and just ask , are you done we would say yes and she would just pick up the plates and not even look at us. Just to show her that I am not a cheep I l left her a very good tip, along with a penny. I don't know if she knew what the penny means it means that the service was terrible.
I haven't went in. I always order through skip the dishes or grubhub. Food hasn't disappointed yet ������������
Terrible experience!! Customer service by staff and manager Terry was horrible! Contacted corporate office, no email available, left 2 messages no call back yet. As I see it this company does not care about customers. I will spend my money elsewhere.
Yum! Love breakfast at Sophia's. As long as you can beat the crowd and don't have to wait (and drool in anticipation), it is the best breakfast place around!
Love the food at Mooney's. The service could be a bit better, in my opinion. Bar scene is as expected but if you go at the right time, it can be the perfect meal experience.
Buffalo City Living is my property management company. They manage and maintain my investment property portfolio, which consists of (3) two-unit rental properties. Each of my investment properties required immediate repairs and renovation work at closing. The staff and associates of Buffalo City Living took care of upgrading the roofing, electrical, heating, and plumbing systems in my North Buffalo property. They performed major renovations of my South Buffalo "fixer-upper" by rebuilding structural components, tearing off and rebuilding the roof, replacement windows, electrical, and mechanical systems. My third property in Riverside needed some plumbing work and concrete driveway repair, which was also performed by their in-house maintenance crew. All three properties were quickly brought "up to code" and my leasing agent rented all of my apartments to good tenants who pay their rent on time.
