My husband and I came in for an inservice that I needed to attend. We stayed for 2 nights. We arrived around 8 PM and were checked in very quickly. We had a nonsmoking King room on the first floor. It was a nice room with all the conveniences that were promised. ie: coffee maker, fluffy pillows, soft bedding, walk in shower. We had all the hot water we needed. The continental breakfast was great. Several selections to choose from. We did not take advantage of the fitness room or the spa, but both areas looked clean and nice. Even though it is literally across from the airport the only time we heard any planes were a couple times each evening. While there, I took advantage of the shopping and visited 2 different malls. There were also several restaurants in the area. At first our TV was kind of fuzzy, but a little tightening of the cable connection took care of that right away. I would definitely reccomend this to others. We had a great stay, especially for the price. And, we would definitely return should the need arise.

We were part of a group of several families in town for a sporting event. We arrived after an overnight drive and attempted to check in early. The desk person was able to accommodate the request, and that was the beginning of a week of pleasant surprises. This hotel is conveniently located a block from the airport, but with the A/C or the TV on, it's not noticeable. The staff is amazingly attentive for this star-level property. The free breakfast was constantly filled, and in a week the buffet was always nicely stocked. Along with breakfast, there is an evening "cookie reception." Numerous restaurants are nearby, as are several highways to get where you're going. The bedding is really nice with four pillows per bed. The downsides: the breakfast relies heavily on breads and cereals. The rooms are a little smaller than I would have liked with sporting equipment inside. And the sink area opens onto the room, while the shower (only) and toilet are behind a pocket door.
We've stayed here several times and it's been awesome every time. We've gotten a hot tub suite everytime we've stayed here and it is absolutely super. The rooms were always clean, beds were comfortable, the rooms were very quiet and the staff was excellent. The breakfast also was great. It's very busy at breakfast time for a reason. Little bit of a wait on waffles because of a line , but it's not horrible. The internet access was great. No problems connecting to the wireless at all. The hotel is convenient and easy to get to. For the close proximity to the airport, the place is amazingly quiet. The bathroom layout leave a little to be desired, but it's workable. Like many others have said, pocket door with a shower and no tub, but it's not the end of the world. I am looking forward to future stays here. Didn't use the spa room, weight room or anything because of my time constraints, but it all looked nice and clean.
Stayed here a few days ago and we had a lovely experience. Here is the breakdown: The customer service, concierge desk and room service was excellent, very friendly and provided quick service and help when needed. The room was newly renovated, clean, comfy bed and a decent shower (If you are tall than the shower head isn't for you : ) The door to the room had a big gap at the bottom, you could hear people in the hallway very clearly at all hours…they really need to fix that. We found it a little weird that the swimming pool was in the hotel restaurant although it was surrounded by greenery, it was still bizarre. Room service had a great selection for both meat eaters and vegetarians. All in all, a great stay.
We have stayed here several times before flying out of Buffalo airport. For the price you cannot beat it. We do the sleep/park fly package. Our car is safely parked in gated long term parking at the airport which is just across the street from the hotel. You have a nice buffet breakfast in the morning and shuttle to and from the airport and hotel. Staff are very friendly. Also has a hot tub which is nice after a long drive to the hotel. We have also gone down the street to Max's for dinner which is a sports bar/dining but has really good food. MacDonalds is just down the road also. Shopping malls are about 10-15 mins. away.
We stay at this hotel each November for our annual girls Christmas shopping trip. We have been coming to this particular hotel for probably almost 10 years. We love it for its convenient location to all the different shopping areas, its great price point, the suites that sleep 5 or 6 with a microwave and fridge, the included breakfast and the large hot tub after a long tiring day shopping. The staff are always friendly and efficient and the rooms clean and ready. We have recommended this hotel to friends who plan their own shopping trips and some of them have made it their annual stay as well.
I was very pleased with this hotel. I asked for and recieved an upgrade to a suite, which was very comfortable. The Park and Fly option was also appreciated, as well as the early breakfast for my 7:15am departure. When I returned, the van picked me up promptly at the airport, and that night's stay was very comfortable. When I got my car later that morning, the lot had been plowed, so once I removed the snow from my car, it was easy to exit the lot. The hotel is right next to the airport, and I would recommend it for people flying in and out of Buffalo.
Have stayed at Sleep Inn Buffalo Airport 3 nights in the past 6 months. Cleanest budget hotel I've seen anywhere. No smoking rooms available. Safe area to park car if flying from Buffalo. Ten minutes to Walden Galleria. No pool, just hot tub, but clean. Elevator. Quiet rooms, no noise from hall or other rooms. Free breakfast. Restaurants (Maxi's, another I can't remember) a 5 minute walk away (ask desk for directions to shortcut.) 24 hour shuttle to airport or local restaurants. Free internet in room. Very safe area.
What a great way too begin our holiday with a excellent night prior our departure to Orlando. The staff was extremely friendly and upgraded us to a suite. The room was modern with a large clean bathroom with separate shower and toilet from the dressing area. We did not eat breakfast in the diningroom due to our own personal timing. The shuttle service was on time and the driver was helpful with luggage etc.. I would definitely stay at the Sleep Inn in the future.
We have been to Millenium Hotel a few times over the last two years and are never disappointed. The customer service is top notch, right from booking, front desk to house keeping. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spotless! We love the courtyard area after a long day of shopping sitting on the balcony over looking the pool is great. I would strongly recommend this hotel and for fellow Canadians there is a great Canadian traveler rate available online.
